CEO emails 7,000 employees: Defeat Obama or else

New York (CNNMoney) - Surprise. David Siegel, the resort CEO who is building the biggest private home in the country, really, really doesn't like President Obama.

And while Siegel hasn't sent any money to Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, he has gone a step farther to support him.

For someone who runs a middle-level resort company (the one nearest where I live has rooms this weekend for $103) he's taking a bit of a risk since many of his resort guests are quite probably middle class.

He doesn't have a single property that I couldn't find a comparable resort nearby that isn't threatening their employees.

For those who do not own a business or have never ran a business what this man is saying will sound spoiled, crazy, lying, threatening, etc... For those of us who own a business this man is telling it the way it is and he is telling employees what will realistically happen because businesses pay a lot of expenses, taxes and it is hard to keep money coming into the business.

This man is absolutely correct but Democrats refuse to see reality of how a business works and the amount of expenses involved in a business ...........Democrats want to believe in the fairytale that Obama sells them

"If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, as our current President plans, I will have no choice but to reduce the size of this company," he says in the nearly 1,400-word e-mail. "Rather than grow this company I will be forced to cut back. This means fewer jobs, less benefits and certainly less opportunity for everyone."

Hussein Obama already threatened companies if rthey laid anyone off between now and the election to try and skew the unemployment numbers. Look like they took matters into their own hands though also.

Employees ate every American business need to understand that their vote is important, noy just for the wealthy but for their own good. For instance, they might have a job right now but chances are they would be making more than they currently do if the economy had recovered as it normally does after a recession and if unemployment was lower. Everyone has a say in these things that do matter.

Not the way to get the job done. While the job needs doing, he should NOT be dictating to his employees.

I don't get it - Siegel is unhappy because he had to put his money back in his business instead of using it to finish his gignormous new house? I thought that's what "job creators were supposed to do. And his business continued to grow and add jobs, but now he says he's going to start firing people if he has to pay a couple of percentage points more in taxes? So he can selfishly resume building his beyond-his-means show house? Who does he think made that money for him? When was the last time he checked in a guest, or served a meal, or cleaned a toilet? Sounds like David Siegel has some very mixed-up values. I doubt more money will be of much help to him.

This is beyond disgusting and I know if the president were not half black these types of things would not be happening. Deny it all you want, but it comes down to one thing: Obama is half black and there are people in this country who will never accept that fact. It is also just another form of voter suppression. I hope the employees are not intimiated by this animal and do the right thing.

If Romney is elected he will rip the benefited because he doesn't to answer to anyone, you remember way back in the day people used to work for free. If the Rebub took their country back this guy doesn’t have to pay that much. Who blame this guy looking at his prospect the reward will be the highest profit margin. Sorry for the people who vote against their own interest?

I hope that people won't make mistakes on Romney's multiple face. Obviously, he is a very good actor and confident liar. Don't forget that he is the one who said 47% of us don't pay taxes where he pays less than 15% and he is the one who want to cut benefit from middle class and from our children education. He flip flopped his position so many times to gain advantage and make us fool. He is power hungry and to buy our vote by his money and lie. Obama may not have done all the work he promised, but he has done lots of work in 4 years. Most importantly, he is an honest person compare to Romney.
Many people in Florida made mistakes by choosing Florida's governor and he won the election by his own money. Now people are suffering by their mistakes.
I am not affiliated by any party but I pay the value in honesty, integrity and true facts. Please judge the true color and don’t move by Romney’s false promise

This has to be joke. No one could be this foolish. He is upset because his business was hurt by the recession. At the same time he is building this huge home. I would hope that his employees would cast their votes for the best candidate. He does not have the right to tell anyone how to vote let alone add a threat to it. I do hope people let him know how wrong he is.

Mr. Siegel personifies those whose special interests are most important. They cannot think of anyone else or anything else beside themselves. That is one chain of resorts that I can cross off my list. I do hope others follow suit. No one has the right to tell someone else how to vote. Not in the United States of America.

Wow, there is so much that could be said here but so little time.
Suffice it to say, that this is one dude Romney will be proud of along with the Papa John's guy and his 13 cent
increase in the price of pizza.
They fit right in with Koch's, Romney, Trump and Adelson. Kinda sleezey and creepy.
There are a lot of very wealthy people out there who do not flaunt it. They just take care of business while
trying to improve the lives of others. Those are the ones I respect.
