On the Trail: October 11, 2012

(CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden and GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan go head to head Thursday in the first and only vice presidential debate. The two face off at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky at 9 p.m. ET.

Elsewhere on the trail, President Barack Obama travels to Florida for campaign events, while Republican nominee Mitt Romney heads from Ohio to North Carolina for an evening rally in Asheville.

10:45 a.m. ET – Biden departs Delaware to head to Kentucky.

12 p.m. ET – First lady Michelle Obama speaks to supporters in Douglass County, Colorado.

12:15 p.m. ET – Biden arrives in Lexington, Kentucky.

12:35 p.m. ET – Ann Romney visits Children's Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

3:25 p.m. ET – Obama attends a campaign rally in Coral Gables, Florida.

5:30 p.m. ET – Romney attends a rally in Asheville, North Carolina.

6:55 p.m. ET – Obama attends a fund-raiser in Miami.

9 p.m. ET – Biden and Ryan take the stage for the vice presidential debate in Danville, Kentucky.
