I love that face of GW Bush .
It's sad we don't get to see him much anymore . Why isn't Bush out there campaigning and giving support to Romney ?

Like Joseph Stalin said ... "It's not the people who vote that count ... it's the people who count the votes" ... and, with a corrupt mainstream media, a corrupt Justice Department, and a corrupt Presidential administration ... let's just HOPE that we get a fair election.
This is why every American citizen should vote. We should be embarressed as Americans that so few people vote. I would encourage every state to have some early voting. It would be good to have a month of early voting and election day to be the last day of voting. It is too bad that it would cost so much to have independant people call/visit those that haven't voted to tell them to go vote. It could be encouraged with voting tax credit of $5 on their tax return or a penalty for not voting of similar size.

If there ever was an ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT it would be George Bush! I've always said they would let us know how illegitimate he was 30 years from now...AS HISTORY HAS A WAY OF ADMITTING TO THE TRUTH 30 OR 40 YEARS LATER...but the truth of George Bush's illegitimacy has busted out of the closet, though not yet admittedly by Historians verbal admission. FIRST, when George Bush heard that AL GORE WAS THE PROJECTED WINNER OF FLORIDA he jumped out of his seat as though something was wrong! WHAT DID GEORGE BUSH KNOW AT THAT TIME, THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW? He knew Florida was what the politicians of today are trying to make Pennsylvania. Florida was rigged, but almost got away. George Bush jumped up out of his seat to make sure all of the rigging was secured! Similar measures were taken for the next election...increased voter suppression efforts set in place to make lines long...throw away registrations of democratic voters...penalize voter for poll worker mistakes, etc. GEORGE BUSH'S 2004 VOTER SUPPRESSION ORGANIZATION WAS MANY SIZES GREATER THAT WHAT HE SUCCESSFULLY GOT AWAY WITH IN FLORIDA IN 2000.

The foolish people, advocate the popular vote, as opposed to the electoral vote, but in truth, the founding fathers knew, that a popular vote would give the large cities more say so than the rural countryside, which was not truly representative of the country, so the electoral system was established.
It is still an important aspect of preventing the large cities from dictating to the rest of the country, which is geographically, the majority of the country.
The electoral college is needed more than ever, to keep balance in politics.
This is the face of mental illness. How this illiterate got elected (twice), is beyond reason.

While I agree in principle, it's more about making sure the candidates campaign in locations with smaller population densities.. I mean.. who the heck is going to campaign in North Dakota in Nov – if not for the electoral votes! But even then, it was proven back when the SCOTUS ruled in favor of Dubya, that the electoral college system was not honored. It was one of the only 2 times in history where a candidate LOST the popular vote yet was elected President – in this case illegally!!
