(CNN) - President Barack Obama's second campaign advertisement released Friday criticizes Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney for the candidate's past comments against Planned Parenthood.
"I'll cut off funding to Planned Parenthood," Romney can be seen saying in the spot. Then, "Planned Parenthood. We're going to get rid of that."

The clips are from a February campaign appearance and a March interview, when the candidate was running for his party's nomination.
The female narrator in the ad says that "women need to know the real Mitt Romney" and makes no mention of President Barack Obama. Then the president appears onscreen and approves the ad.
The family planning organization has criticized Romney in a series of recent mail pieces, including one sent to women in Virginia with a testimonial about a woman's "deeply personal" and non-political decision to have an abortion. It highlights Romney's support for ending federal funding for Planned Parenthood and for overturning Roe v. Wade.
Polls have generally shown a gender gap between Romney and Obama, with Obama performing stronger among women.
Earlier on Friday afternoon, Obama's campaign released a spot hitting Romney over his taxes.
The spot, titled "Decision," will run in the battleground states of Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, and Virginia, according to the Obama campaign.

Please, do me a favor and don't feel sorry for me. I am voting for Obama on November 5th because I am an educated, strong, independent woman. I am educated on many issues and the last thing I need is your pity. Also, just so you know, federal funding isn't used for abortions. Women and their partners pay for their own abortions. Federal funding to planned parenthood is used for things like women's annual health tests, birth control and men's health screenings. Anyone who can't see that the attack on planned parenthood is nothing other than a Right wing religious attack on women's health decision making is blind.
Planned Parenthood's dealing with abortion is minimal. This is an organization that provides healthcare for women without the means to have insurance like the non working wife.
It's about mammograms, contraceptives and what those of us with insurance enjoy.
The twit's response is that those women can go someplace else. Where exactly bully bishop?
You can't run healthcare by telling people to go to the emergency room. Must be nice to have doctor's on call, right?
Take your pick one time abortion OR a check every month for 18 years. Which is more costly? I do believe we can all agree the abortion is much much cheaper!
Romney will take away ALL women's rights. Listen to what he says on some channels other than FOX.
@myviews Enough of the "malarkey" ok flat out lies. No tax dollars are used by Planned Parenthood for abortions, period. You may not agree with a woman's right to choose but it is the law of the land. So get over it.
Remember when JOE called Obama a lier?
"No tax dollers will pay for abortions"
Sure they wont!
No one is going to stop Planned Parenthood from looking for funding from other sources like soliciting contributions. There's no reason the taxpayers should be stuck with the bill for whatever they do.
If Planned Parenthood is determined to stay in the abortion business, then they should not receive government funding.
