Ryan going for the luck of the 'Pack'

Waukesha, Wisconsin (CNN) – Rep. Paul Ryan is hoping the winning streak of his beloved Packers will rub off on his party and end a 28-year losing streak for Republican presidential nominees in his home state.

"And in Wisconsin we have shown that if leaders step up and lead we as voters have their backs. We haven't dedicated our electoral votes since 1984 to the Republican nominee. It is time we change that," Mitt Romney's running mate said. "We are on a winning streak here in Wisconsin. Let's keep that winning streak going."

Ryan watched Sunday night's game between Green Bay and Houston in Janesville and showed up the next morning at a town hall meeting in Waukesha sporting a Packers tie.

"There is nothing better than going to bed with 6 TDs under Aaron Rogers' belt, huh? That was an awesome game, I got to tell you – to go down to Texas against a 5-0 team on the road and have that kind of performance. It reminds me of what it's going to look like on November the 6th," said Ryan.

The seven-term lawmaker and House Budget Committee chairman fielded questions for a half-hour, including one about term limits.

One man asked, "Would you and Gov. Romney consider a proposal to term limit the members of Congress, example two six year terms for US Senators and six two-year terms for a Member of Congress?"

"I've always supported that in Congress. That takes a constitutional amendment. What you don't want to do is have a state do it to itself and short-change its seniority and its clout in Congress, but I've always been a fan of term limits," said Ryan who in addition to being the vice presidential nominee is running for his eighth term in the House of Representatives.

This is from the guy who opposed the stimulus bill "now", but sent letters to Biden requesting some of that money for Wiscosin because it would "create jobs". He is a flip-flopper like his flip-flopper buddy Mitt Phony. Yet the media didn't say much about it. I thought that was huge in the debate. Also when he said he didn't know what loopholes would be closed if they give tax cuts for the rich. Lyan Ryan and Mitt Phony will be a disaster for our country.

Once all the debates have past and President Hollywood and Racist Joe have been shown for the true horrors they are and Romney and Ryan are able to get their message out without the biased filter of the main stream press, then states like Wisconsin will come around.

If it isn't the thirsty liar. I count down the days until you're off the national stage and your lies won't matter anymore.

    Obama/Biden

Where is SNL's skit on his big stimulus lie and the amount of water he needed, just to get through 90 mins. of a national debate?

The sign behind Mr. Ryan is very telling. "We cannot afford four more years" of stonewalling and lack of leadership on the part of the Republicans. Members seem to have their own agendas and they just do not want to compromise or cooperate even with members of their own party. The Minority Leader in the Senate has done nothing for four years but he is taking his pay every month and has an office, a staff, franking privileges, two free flights home to Kentucky, an office in Kentucky, the very best health insurance plus. Can we afford four more years of this? Do we want people who will not work together to represent us? Do we want a President who is always looking for a better job as he did in MA when he started running for President after two years in office?

President Hollywood and Racist Joe have failed. Four years of fail. The only thing these two morons have to show for time in office is when President Hollywood made the very obvious call to get Bin Laden when they found him. A call Romney, Paul or any other presidential candidate would have made in the same position. Oh, except Racist Joe. He is on record as having been against that call.

The common man in America, has been taken for a "ride" by the Democrats, and they need to wake up and realize they have been suckers, to listen to the lies about the Democrats being for the common man. They are NOT!

The Democrats only have ONE interest. Building their voter base, to take control of America, and run it like a dictatorship, where no other party can defeat them. That is their ONLY goal!

I dunno, Paul. Maybe if the Republicans fielded a candidate worth voting for since 1984, it would have helped.

    ________

    Facts,
Since taking office, Obama has, in fact, cut middle-class tax rates. ... Today more Americans wake up in poverty than ever before.” .... Those reductions were backed by Republicans, not Democrats. ...

Look at who has helped the middle class most over the last fifty years , Democrats have over three to one. You only need to go back as far as Nixon , Reagan , GW Bush .

Do your research , I doubt it will change your mind .
