Obama to pull 'all-nighter' for key battleground votes

(CNN) - President Barack Obama will embark on a whirlwind tour of battleground states Wednesday in Iowa before becoming the first sitting president in modern history to cast an early ballot in-person.

On the "non-stop" tour, Obama will rally supporters and volunteers in key swing states and try to appeal to undecided voters. The president will make phone calls to undecided voters while aboard Air Force One in between his tightly packed schedule of campaign stops.

Seeking to motivate his supporters to go to the polls, Obama will cast his ballot early in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois, on Thursday. First lady Michelle Obama submitted her absentee ballot on Monday in Illinois.

During the tour, the president plans to visit six of the nine battleground states, making stops
Wednesday in Denver, Colorado, and Las Vegas, Nevada, before heading to Tampa, Florida, and Richmond, Virginia, on Thursday. He will end the 48-hour tour in Cleveland, Ohio, on Thursday.

Recent polls in several battleground states underscore how tight the race is between Obama and his Republican challenger Mitt Romney.

Ten reasons why Mitt RoMney is already history:
    “Corporations are PEOPLE, my friend!”
“375,000 isn’t a lot of money (to make in one year).”
"The banks are scared to death. They're feeling the same thing that you're feeling."
"I’m not concerned with the very poor... that’s not my focus."
“I’ll bet you $10,000, right here, right now….”
"Don't take money from the government, just ask your parents."
    “I’m SEVERELY Conservative!”
“Some of my friends own NASCAR teams.”
“No, no, no… I like (healthcare) mandates. Mandates work!”
“I can relate to black people very well indeed. My ancestors once owned slaves.”

Democrats champion the causes of the poor, the elderly, the sick, the disabled.
Christ championed the causes of the poor, the elderly, the sick, the disabled.
Who does the GOP champion? The wealthy bankers and Wall Streeters.
Didn't Christ throw the money-changers out of the temple?

Obama needs to make the case that:1. The Gov created millions of jobs during WWII and can assist in creating millions of jobs again by the same means: Infrastructure spending on: dams, levies, high speed transportation, a new electrical grid, highways, bridges, fixing our broken education buildings and system, etc. JUST LIKE THEY DID AFTER WWII with the money rolled out of the Federal Reserve to fix it.

Any reason why he doesn't pull all-nighters to fix the economy?

    2. Explain to the American People that the Federal Debt was higher prior to WWII than it is now and that including that debt, during WWII the Gov rolled the equivalent of trillions more out to fix the economy and pay for the war.
    3. Explain that the DEFICIT needs to be fixed first through infrastructure spending to increase the tax base from the culmination of many Americans paying taxes. Once the deficit is fixed the Federal Debt will go down over time automatically and will not matter.

Notice the mixture of ethnicities and ages at Obama/Biden rallies. Romney/Ryan rallies look like an all white country club. Not very representative of the U.S.

Good. It's time for America to wake up and understand that Mitt Romney will never become president. He has all but pulled out of MI, WI, PA, NC, and yet the pollsters would have us believe that he is going to win this election.

    Spin away, Republicans.

Why is it that RepubliCONs never criticized Bush when he was sleeping when terrorists hit right at our home and killed thousands of people, while Obama is doing the right thing by addressing Benghazi issue in a matured way?

I would just like to take a moment to say this "binder" thing is the most silly attack I have heard to date. I am a woman who as a supervisor have requested resumes that are needed when hiring. You can call them binders, folders, jackets, resume packets....what is the big deal. I'll tell you.....nothing. It is insulting to me as a woman for these women to portray women with something so petty. With regards to abortions, I personally don't care what you do with your body up to a certain point....but I do not want to pay for your choices and I do not want a doctor being forced to abort a baby if it is against his beliefs. SHHHH,....quit making women look so stupid!

Any reason why he doesn't pull all-nighters to fix the economy?

Yes the reason is it took Bush 8 years to destroy the economy and for the past four years Republicans have been hell bent on making sure they block any progress they possibly can,so this cannot be solved by an all nighter or in one term

Obama is working 10x as hard to get reelected as he works as president. Maybe that is a good thing considering his record.

Infrastructure spending, Obama speak for pork and patronage.

Look at the photos of President Obama's supporters and volunteers , then look at Mitt Romney's supporters and volunteers.

We are surely one country divided !

Obama supporters look of all ages , all colors and races , rich and poor , and you see real smiles of hope.

Romney supporters , look older , less color , most above middle class or wealthy , fewer honest smiles .

It's like Lawrence Welk Vs Return of the Jedi !

I expected CNN to do a credible job in reporting. It doesn't make any sense to report polls from the states where the early voting is taking place at the moment. I repeat it doesn't make sense at all unless you give the polls of those who have voted already and who the voted for; those who haven't voted and who they the will cast their vote for. In these states, registered voters or likely voters are no longer valid.

Democrats do not rely on the "POLLS" because the Republicans will try to steal this election and use poll results saying Romney was winning to justify their steal. DEMOCRATS GET OUT AND VOTE, don't let them steal this election again.

Looks like this election is going to be a squeaker. Either way, close to 50% of voters will feel that they are not represented in the presidency. If Romney is elected, the Dems will dig in [just as the Repubs did] to guarantee his failure – the Repubs set the obstructionist bar pretty high to make sure the country continued to suffer. I don't see how the Repubs could expect any enthusiasm for bipartisanship after the damage they have done to their party and the nation. No matter who wins, we are in for a rocky ride.

You didn't build that??? we let me tell you that if I thought I was building something that I can't call my own then let me kick back and say hell no to 80+ hours a week of work and frustration and unwavering perseverance with no guarantee of pay and let me do my 38 hours a week just chillin. oh by the way with "you didn't Build that" said lets go ahead and say by by to Microsoft, Hilton Hotels, Ford vehicles, R.H. Macy, Walt Disney. Do you really think this start up business owners would have push that hard forward if they were going to be told they didn't build that?
