Presidential politics: Why Ohio is the 'big one'

(CNN) – President Barack Obama and rival Mitt Romney have targeted Ohio with incessant campaigning, a slew of television ads and nonstop political phone calls. The importance of the Buckeye State cannot be overstated: Ohio has not voted for the loser in the presidential election since 1960.

"If Texas were a swing state, WE would be the REAL BIG ONE!
and every body would be paying attention to us"

Don't fret. TX has about 10 years before it goes officially purple as a result of it browning. The GOPers/Teatrolls know this, which is why they have been freekin out for the past 4 years.

The reason why Ohio and other States are so important is because the Republicans are trying to steal the election, your vote, your choice of who you vote for and intimidation if you don't vote Republican. Ohioians aren't budging, they are sticking with President Obama and so are the other States. Don't let them steal your vote, don't let them intimidate you, don't budge

LOL – – I really Love what "sniffit" Just posted – so this means that Claudia / Sniffit / & Me ? are transplants ? To be perfectly honest – I meet them everyday – look up on google : Governor Anne Richards – Texas was BLUE in her Days – so far – there is 40% of the likely voters here in Texas will vote Democrat – and 55% of likely Voters will Vote Republican, those are the facts. The other people are suppressed by their employers ( especially the mexicans) and tell them if they find out that they Voted Democrat, they typically won't have a Job, the following week.
