Romney ad highlights Obama's 'revenge' comment

(CNN) - With only three days remaining in the presidential race, Mitt Romney's campaign wasted no time in turning comments President Barack Obama made Friday into a campaign ad.

"Don't boo - vote!" Obama said at a rally Friday in Springfield, Ohio, a regular rallying cry he uses on the stump.

Then Obama continued, "Vote. Voting's the best revenge."

The comment appears in the new Romney ad and then is rebutted by the GOP candidate's response at a rally in West Chester, Ohio.

"[D]id you see what President Obama said today? He asked his supporters to vote for revenge-for revenge," Romney said. "Instead, I ask the American people to vote for love of country."

The new ad comes amidst $93 million in ad time purchased by Obama and Romney's campaigns, as well as their allies, in the last nine days before Election Day on Tuesday, a source who tracks ad buys told CNN.

Romney's campaign did not say how much it is spending to run the spot, nor in what states or markets it will run.

Romney is on the campaign trail Saturday, stumping in New Hampshire, Iowa, and Colorado.

After running a campaign that encouraged people to vote based on fear, prejudice, and greed, it's pretty rich of Romney to feign mock outrage on this non-issue. Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel.

He is sinking and will soon be underwater politically so he is in panic mode now!

Is there any lie Romney won't tell? He turns a well known expression into an attack point? He does this all the time. Like a bully in the school yard.

Republicans have been taunting Obama since he first began running for president, accusing him of being every foul thing they can think of. It isn't even the real man they're talking about. He's a lightening rod for all their fears and prejudices.

The impressive thing is the way Obama has kept his dignity.

HA ha! Good luck making any points with that tack. Obama's right, voting is revenge against the Republicans for trying to destroy America for political gain. Voting is revenge against Republicans for bleeding America's wealth into the mouths of the filthy-rich vampires like the Kochs, Adelson etc. Voting is revenge against the Republicans for picking a psychopath like Romney to run as a presidential candidate. Let's serve this revenge nice an' cold!

Wow, that’s unbelievable, this president is so full of hatred, bitterness and divisiveness against his own countrymen. We need to all come together as a nation to try to fix all our problems. Divided we fall, United we stand. His attitude seems so Un-American to me. The fact is, both of these candidates are very flawed so it boils down to the lesser of two Evils and this president seems to be the greater Evil.

Romney is getting desperate its right up there with the palling around with terrorist stuff Palin was pulling right at the end. Sad, pathetic way to run a campaign and when the right essentially wants a Govenor to lie to help their chances you know things look bleak. Go out with some dignity

Mr. President, why are you so angry ? You got practically the whole world rooting for you in 2008, and had 4 years to fulfill your promise of change. What have you done for us the last 4 years ? Are you angry because you've lost that support ? Are you angry because you could not get anything done despite trying very hard ? Are you angry because you can sense that you are going to lose the election ? Don't be too hard on yourself, Mr. President. You have made it good with your fortune, and I am sure you will live a rich life after you leave the office.

And don't let the door hit you on the way out.

TO ALL YOU OBAMA STOOGES ... Your blind devotion to 'Dear Leader' ... your Fuhrer, is touching ... but it's time for you to leave the Obama cult. Obama was given a chance ... and, in the past 4 years, he has nearly destroyed America. NOW, it's time for Barack and Michelle to abdicate their throne, so Mitt Romney can begin repairing the excessive damage caused by Obama's terrible policies. Good bye Barack, Michelle, Nancy, Harry, Jarret, and Axelrod, and all the unelected czars ... and, GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU ALL ... I'm sure you all will find another way to pick the pockets of hard working Americans !!!

    Taken out of context ,

Voting is the way we vent and change , frustration and anger are reasons to vote.

I don't think the GOP understands the difference between anger and frustration , They use hate and fear to persuade .
