Second Obama term would confront fiscal crisis before inauguration

Mentor, Ohio (CNN) - At a Friday morning rally in Hilliard, Ohio, Democratic former Gov. Ted Strickland exhorted the audience to vote for President Barack Obama because GOP hopeful Mitt Romney and vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan have "to fake compassion."

If you think that sounds unusually cutting, go a few hundred miles across the country to a Romney rally where Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, told his home state crowd he wonders of the president, "How much do you really love the country you are in charge of?"

Good luck with that idea, the Republicans have made it their number One goal to defeat this President with Congressional Obstruction to historic records.

The Republicans will lose this election because Americans now understand the strategy of the GOP and the extent to which they will go to get their own way in their attempt to BUY this election and repress the vote.

All the money in the Universe will not Buy America Mr Romney!

If the republicans pull another two years like the last two, even more of them will get voted out in 2014.

WE THE PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF THE OBSTRUCTIONISTS.

It's easier to change the House of Representatives than it is to change presidents and wipe out all progress for US.

As long as the Do Noting Congress gets a clear message from voters , they will stay in obstruction mode.

Very concerned about a nation of people who would vote this man back into office after a miserable failure first term. Our once great country is doomed with a nation of uneducated voters.

    Republican objectionists?

Oh, wait in 2009 and 2010 that was Democrat lay down for The One. 2011 and 2012, Senate fails to work for 2 years because its just too hard to pass legislation.

The One got all he wanted in his 4 years and he failed.

The argument that you reward obstructionist is pathetic, you vote them out. I think when the country gets rid of them it will be enough of a case for the GOP to get off of the two year vacation they have been on and go back to work.

Don't worry folks- The GOP stands ready on the sidelines to ensure that nothing good will happen! Maybe its time to send them to Gitmo for gumming up the works.... after all- it was the GOP that wouldn't allow the place to close.

These Republicans in Congress won't have a choice but to work with Obama in a 2nd term because a majority of them will be up for re-election during the 2nd term. This Congress rating is so low not one of them is going to risk losing their job by not working with Obama and that's what will bring about change you can believe in, they will have no choice.

Oh Please, Howard, have you Romnesia as well? Where have been for the past 12 years???? Do this: go to Google. Type in "stock market crash" and look at the date: September 2008. Who was in office at that time? Oh yes – a Republican. Bush. President Obama came in after 8 years of STUPID and you expect him to fix it in 4??? You have no foundation to make a stupid statement such as "Obama will say or do ANYTHING to get reelected". And in the meanwhile, the GOP have done NOTHING but put up obstacles in front of the President to try and get something accomplished that would be beneficial for ALL Americans. If you are one of those instant-gratification people you will never be happy with anything that happens in your life.
