By the numbers: Lame duck sessions of Congress

(CNN) - This year's session, with fiscal cliff negotiations and lively nomination controversies, is anything but lame. But it's still a lame-duck Congress. Just how did a meeting of one Congress that occurs after a new one is elected but not yet sworn-in get that name?

We're slow roasting the answers to those questions and serving them up by the numbers.

This congress has been lame since 2010. I think that if they can't get 'er done by 2014, we the people need to do a massive house cleaning. Maybe Boehner & Co. missed the point of not electing Romney. We pay you people and we want our money's worth or you will be replaced. Get it?

Congress people aren't economist or scientist, they are doctors and lawyers who aren't qualified to do simple math so we can't expect these people to know or understand that which they haven't stuidied or received degrees and that's exactly what causes all this nonsense that's going on. When you need a brain surgeon, you don't go to a foot doctor and thats exactly what we see here, passing the buck.

    Compromise:
An agreement or a settlement of a dispute that is reached by each side making concessions.

So Republicans have indicated that they would bend on tax increases. Cool. What Will Obama Bend on? Oh, Nothing? And yet the lefty loons will continue to blame the Republicans for the "fiscal cliff" for not totally bowing to O'bomba's demands. LMFAO!!!!!!!
