Obama to deliver fiscal cliff remarks

(CNN) – President Barack Obama will deliver remarks related to the year-end fiscal cliff at 1:30 p.m. ET, the White House said Monday.

    Is he going to say anyhting about his executive order lifting the ban on pay raises for federal employees including Biden and Congress? Not likely and no reporter wil have the guts or moral character to ask him.

    Don't you think that at least some people deserve to have an increase in their paychecks, which have been frozen since 2009? Never mind the Congress, what about the troops and their families?
