Anti-abortion group loses appeal over PAC status

Washington (CNN) - An anti-abortion group will not get a hearing before the U.S. Supreme Court on its appeal of federal law designating it as a political nonprofit that must disclose information about its financial donors.

The Justices rejected the case involving the The Real Truth About Abortion, Inc. without comment on Monday.

If a girl ca not afford a child–do these guys FEED her till she attains the age of 18 years old??? Let the choice be given to women whether to Abort or not. Do not play politics. No wonder this nation has free loaders with huge single parental problems.

Why not use birth control instead of murdering an innocent? Don't give me that BS about not being able to afford the 10 bucks a month for birth control. If they're that poor, they'd be on Medicaid and it would be covered.

Next, they need to lose their "non-profit" status and pay taxes.

If those kids walk into school tomorrow and their girlfriend tells them she is pregnant and they have to work and support her and the baby instead of going to college, they will be hitting the yellow pages looking for an abortionist so fast it will make heads turn.

    Fair is Fair,

B.C. pills cost $60 a month. And, Abortion is not "murder." Additionally, it's N.O.Y.B.

Except that the same people that try to make abortion illegal also try to make sure that girls are told that birth control rarely works (and thus isn't worth using), and do their best to ensure that they can't get birth control (minors can't get prescriptions without parental approval, plus the pharmacist can invoke his ethical "right" not to do his job and refuse to provide contraceptives).

I just get suck a chuckle out of these photos of young christian men who oppose abortion. I worked for Planned Parenthood for seven years and wish I had a dollar for everyone one of them who brought their girlfriends in said I'm against abortion for everyone else, but I'm different, I'm a special case it's okay for me, but nobody else!!!!!! I'd be a wealthy woman today. What they do in private is VERY different from what they say in public.

Oh and by the way, birth control has cost more than ten dollars a month for more than two decades now.

I'm Catholic – and I'm like other Catholics, if they want B.C. pills, they should have the right to get them easily – also IF they want the "morning after" pills, it should be available to them. Then there would be NO "pro-life" problems. Let God Do His Job – We should Not Decide what God's Job is. This is a no brainer. If the "Pill" is available for whatever they Need it for, then So Be It .

Ahhhhhh, I see. So if they find a 2-billion year old fossilized amoeba on Mars, they will say "Life found on Mars"... but if they find an aborted fetus on Mars, not so much, eh?

@Fair – "You listening, Rudy?" Did you listen?

There are millions and millions of teachers, police officers, sanitation workers, and more that never paid a dime into Social Security, yet they are collecting it right now. Meanwhile, the private sector shrinks as the public sector grows.

@Fair – Birth Control only costs $10 per month when you pay a deductible and your health insurance picks up the rest.
