(CNN) - An Oregon sheriff says he will not enforce any federal regulation that President Barack Obama lays out in his package of gun control proposals Wednesday.
Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller joins several other public officials across the nation who have decided to square off with the White House even before it outlines what its plans are for expanded measures.

I am sure that these same people pushed against both President Bush and Reagan when they supported tighter gun laws as well, right?
There is no question, that Obama will trample on our 2nd amendment rights in violation of the Constitution of the U.S.

This Oregon backwoods sheriff better read the constitution because there's nothing in there that says anything about the capacity of clips or anything else the president said.You can still bare arms but if you want semi auto assault rifles go sign up in the military but a warning for those you shoot at in Afghanistan they shoot back!!
