Lew will get confirmed. This is just a trumped up accusation to get their hands on some records that a consultant attorney told them might contain some juicy stuff to use against Obama if they just find something that most people won't take the time to understand correctly, give it a little twist and a spin to create a misinformation talking point about it and then demagogue it all over Faux News and send out memos to folks like Beck and Limbaugh to help trumpet it to the far reaches of Derpville.

I really don't understand why government officials need to comply with the law. Under current law, the president must submit a legislative proposal to Congress that resolves Medicare funding issues whenever the Medicare Trustees release a warning that the program is in financial trouble. Which, they warned it was and, which they ignored.

But who cares. "Compliance with law? We don't need no stink' compliance with law"

Make it ugly. No reason to go gentle on Lew. They already let Clinton off the hook for not doing her duties. It as a sham and a another circus of political correctness.
