Do you think California Governor is crazy??? I do not think so. He gives all these incentives as well plus Job-Training to USA citizens.

Many are likely to do, just that.

California has become so socialistic, that no one wants to live there any more.

Gov. Perry wants to keep up his stellar record on jobs growth.

Is it right for states to receive more federal funds than what they pay in taxes, while having no state income tax of their own?

What about the pollution, heavy traffic, road construction and crime rate, etc. that Mr. Perry should be focusing on. We, the taxpayers, deserve clean air and better safety.

No Thanks Gov Perry....Texas is the state with load of rednecks, clinging to their guns, worried about being attacked by the military for said guns, talking about susceeding (sp?) from the US. I live and work in California...Thanks But No Thanks, besides you and the GOP are the Stupid Party.

This has got to be the most evil person to ever hold office. If this is what Texas has come to, they can keep it.

Just a thought- It's obvious you know very little about Texas, but Gov. Perry wasn't inviting YOU anyway. He has in mind overtaxed and over regulated businesses.

Middle O the Road- Texas has the 13th largest economy in the WORLD. We are not remotely like Mexico except in the percentage of Hispanics and over 40% of them voted for Perry in the last election.

Businesses have been fleeing CA for years. Texas has a favorable business climate (well, most any state is more favorable than CA).

People in California are delusional. Their Gov comes out and says "we have a balance budget" and they believe him. California is one of our most beautiful states but liberialism has created a mini europe within our borders. All anyone with a brain, excluding those in california of course, can see that socialism doesn't work. It doesn't work in Calif and it doesn't work in Calif. motherland called Europe. If you don't like Texas, there are 6 other states that are tax free to choose from :
    •Alaska
    •Florida
    •Nevada
    •South Dakota
    •Texas •Washington

Sure, move to Texas. Your employees' kids will get a lousy education; they'll have little or no health care; and you can pay them next to nothing, and no benefits! The climate... well 'nuff said. If you liked the 1950s you'll love Perry's brand of Texas!

They perhaps will come here just in time as Texas starts to turn BLUE and we can get rid of some of the lunatics we have here in politics staritng with Perry and ending with Sen Cruz. All that's in bewteeen the two of them is even more pathetic.

Hey, I gotta admit, Texas is a great place to live and work for folks like me. They don't have alot of professionals there, so they have to import them in from elsewhere. And they have to give us healthcare and can pay us higher wages since they don't have to pay as much for those lower on the totem pole.

    Hey, works for me.

I think you forgot Tennesse, New Hampshire, and Tennessee. California's biggest revenue problem has been unemployment combined with a significant drop in the average income. Most of the income drop has been a result of de-unionizing many business and industries. The CA hotel industry's support staffing is a perfect example. A decade ago, maintenance and maids were averaging $14/hour with benefits. Today the average is under $10 without benefits. Similar trends can be found all across the state in smaller towns who have been reducing staffing and/or cutting salaries among their public employees.
