BREAKING: Obama to hand over drone documents ahead of Brennan hearing

Washington (CNN) - Amid new controversy over his administration's targeted killing of American citizens, President Barack Obama has yielded to demands from Congress to turn over to them classified Justice Department legal advice justifying the policy.

The president's move comes on the eve of confirmation hearings Thursday for his CIA director-nominee John Brennan, and complaints from senators - including several Democrats - about secrecy surrounding the drone policy.

An american on foriegn soil plotting with our enemies to kill Americans and our allies has no rights. I think Bush labled them "Enemy Combatants."

It would be hilarious to see some footage of democrats from the Bush era having their comments played in relation to how Bush executed the war on terror. See if any of them call Obama a war criminal

Fact #1: Obama is against waterboarding terrorists who are plotting to kill Americans.
Fact #2: Obama is for the assassination of Americans without any required due process of law or evidence.

If a guy who shakes hands with militants that is killed in and during military operation by sofesticated drowns–nothing wrong–be it An American or a Foreigner. We need to tighten immigration and Visa system, a lot of violators and deseases are coming into this nation. Put a stop and gain political points.

Remember when Mr Obama went over seas and told the world he was sorry for all the torture undertaken by America and how he issued one of his first of many executive orders to close GITMO that year. He really is good at saying what people want to hear and than doing exactly what he wants regardless of what he says. And where is the outrage?

and complaints from senators – including several Democrats – about secrecy surrounding the drone policy.
    -------------------------------------------------
And yet no one complained about the secrecy and contradictory information surrounding the non-existent WMD's that placed us in an unnecessary war where thousands of Americans and Iraquis were unnecessarily killed, and billions of dollars that we could ill-afford to waste were unnecessarily spent.
It'd be quite different if we were looking into those drones because we'd learned our lesson from Dubya's Reign of Terror, but we all know that that is NOT why these exigencies are being made.

While the Commander-In-Chief is the ultimate authority, the Congress is the ultimate power that grants that authority.
