(CNN) - If you had the ear of the president and Washington journalists, what would you say?

He plans to get geeky, nerdy and wonky at the event known to some as "nerd prom" - after the requisite comedy.
I'm honored to host the WH Correspondents dinner. Get ready for 2 minutes of jokes, then 40 minutes on public employee pension reform.—

Comedian Jimmy Kimmel followed President Barack Obama on the stage last year. For his part, Obama delivered jokes about the 2012 campaign, Donald Trump, and the Secret Service scandal involving South American prostitutes.
And he quipped, "I had a lot more material prepared, but I have to get the Secret Service home in time for their new curfew."

is obama going to toss out a few jokes about benghazi too? he thinks it is a joke.

When your party has bought into a ridiculous and false story about Hagel "receiving funding" from a literalluy non-existent group known as "Friends of Hamas," which was entirely made up on the spot by a reporter asknig a tongue-in-cheek unserious question of a Republican congresscritter, you really have no leg to stand on in criticizing, well, anything. You guys are pathetic.
Maybe Joe Biden needs to brush up on his stand up routine as he looks tobe our next ppresident. No republican on the horizon with any brains capable to handle the job!
