(CNN) – During a fundraising event, Republican Rep. Peter King of New York took to the boxing ring to fight former kickboxing champ Josh Foley.
King, 68, has been training for several years and went head to head for two rounds with Foley, who's almost 40 years younger than him, in Long Island Saturday night.

He has nothing to lose with free health care.

Coincidentally, I was in Richmond VA this weekend watching my 30 year-old son get kick-boxed into a loss, and my son is pretty good at it, if I say so myself.
The point being that Foley took it easy on the old man! LOL!
I'd like to see Rep. King try that with Mike Tyson.
Give the man credit, he was willing to do it. Not many men at 68 are willing to train, much less try to go after someone half his age. Its a great way to stay in shape, and he should talk about the benefits of working out as much as he talks about other issues.
rep. king is the new george foreman...impressive...
maybe King will get some sense kicked into him
@ The Real Tom Paine
Absolutely! A for effort to the Rep. It is a grueling sport to tackle and stay in shape for at ANY age.
A lot of cardio training required as well. You gotta have the wind to make it through three rounds of getting your face punched and your abs kicked and kneed.
Ask my son....tee hee!!
