Washington (CNN) - Members of the Supreme Court on Thursday warned forced spending cuts pose a serious threat to the U.S. justice system, saying they are "simply unsustainable" and will lead to a reduction of critical legal services.
Justices Anthony Kennedy and Stephen Breyer appeared before a panel of the House Appropriations Committee, urging lawmakers to ensure the so-called sequestration measures do not linger.
Yes, but this is the kind of thing the GOP/Teatrolls want. They're already running around Conrgess pretending that the sequestration cuts establish a new baseline for analyzing budget proposals. Of course, CNN won't report that part because it put the lie to almost everything the GOP/Teatrolls are saying right now about Ryan's and the Dems' budget proopsals.
Cue republicans rant saying that this is just the liberal justices trying to make the cut out to be worse than they really are....
Maybe the SCOTUS should consider retiring because in their advanced age they should be judging bingo games in nursinghomes than laws half of them really don't know how to interpret anymore just because of their age and ego getting in their way..Just be man, woman about it and step down like a good senior recieving SocialSecurity probibly now and leave this country for your countrys younger generation, isn't that patriotic enough for you!!
Every body is talking about budgets cuts, an obama is not saying nothing its the media an the news cast. what the heck.
