Fireworks expected in Benghazi whistle-blower hearing

Washington (CNN) – The Obama administration's handling of the aftermath of the Benghazi terror attack has long sparked outrage from Republicans on Capitol Hill and fueled conspiracy theories on talk shows and across the blogosphere.

And those sparks are likely touch off fireworks Wednesday, when three current State Department employees are expected to contradict their leadership in testimony before Republican Rep. Darrell Issa's oversight committee.

"Of course no Dems on the committee, they want the truth kept swept under the rug.

Uh, Duh? Republicans hand picked all of the members of the committee, the witness, and all of their secret evidence."

And, as I mentioned above, it appears they also hand-picked the attorneys for those witnesses. For anyone who doesn't understand just how important that point is, attorneys regularly coach their clients/witnesses on what to say (and not say), how to say it (and not say it) and how to present the evidence in a manner that will tell the story in the way you want it told. Most attorneys stay within the bounds of ethics and don't take it too far, but in a case like this and given the attorneys' deeply partisan histories involved here, it all appears a bit too cute and convenient. This is a carefully orchestrated and scripted show-trial, nothing more.

The are out early to get her (Hillary). Hmmmmm!, even the title "whistle- blower" tells all. Why should they blow the whistle instead of talking/explaining calmly what happened. The entire GOP can blow their whistles as loud as they can, but it is not going to change the minds of those who are being denied citizenship, women who are mistreated all the time., those who are worried of their safety because of loose law on guns etc. etc. And these are the people who will put Hillary in the White House come 2016.

Lives were lost here!! May the truth be known but let's stop pointing fingers until the investigations are over. Only then we can roast someone.

Roast someone? For what crime? Please don't tell me "we don't know, that's what we want to find out."

If the Ambassdor was informed about the possibility of an attack by Islamic radicals, what was he doing in an unprotected embassy when the main embassy in Tripoli was protected? They also knew that after the Gaddify overthrow, the arms depots were raided and RPGs were taken. This is one of the most dangerous countries in the world, Arab spring or Islamic gihad!!!
