Serioulsy, does anyone out there think that Karl Rove's Crossroads GPS 501 (c) is a "social organization"?
Their only purpose is to launder political campaign money. None of them should be tax-exempt.

On average, the Tea Party controlled House has voted to repeal it about once per month since they set up shop Jan. 2011.

The administration is as close to criminal as you can get, and still avoid jail........including the so-called DOJ.

i can hardly wait until millions of obama's useful little idiot college kids get taken to the cleaner to pay for their healthcare because it is prices to subsidize the healthcare of older people.

i can hardly wait until millions of obama's useful little idiot college kids get fined by the irs for not buying healthcare.

or maybe obama will use the irs to protect his supporters and punish his political opponents? entirely possible as obama's supporters have been granted numerous waivers from obamacare requirements.

equal treatment under the law? not in obama's fundamentally tranformed america.

Idiots. Try another 38 times to repeal. Wake up – it is the law. It would be refreshing if the GOP put this much effort into governing. If they did, they may win the White House one of these days. Don't hold your breath, however.

I hope they do get it repealed!! It is not affordable, in it's present form. Draw one up that is, and is sustainable. Take the damn IRS down!! In no way, should those thugs be aloud to even look at my health care, or make any decisions should I be taxed or go to jail for not supporting this mess!!!

It's always nice to watch some old racist southern white dude cry about not getting what he wants. Does the heart good.

Cry for us, Price. The ACA is going to be implemented and you can't stop it. It's. The. Law.
Sure, you can try to break it and defund it and delay it all you want, but at some point, the administration can seek a writ of mandamus. Care to force it to that point and see how that turns out for you in public opinion polling?

These people are nuts instead of trying to help the american people and finding jobs they are trying to hurt them.
If they were busy passing some bills as much as they are trying to derailed things the country would be in better shape.

    Organizing for Action
    Statement of Purpose
Organizing for Action is a nonprofit organization established to support President Obama in achieving enactment of the national agenda Americans voted for on Election Day 2012. OFA will advocate for these policies throughout the country and will mobilize citizens of all parties and diverse points of view to speak out for speedy passage and effective implementation of this program, including gun control, sensible environmental policies to address climate change and immigration reform. In addition, OFA will encourage the formation of chapters that will be dedicated at the grassroots level to this program, but also committed to identifying and working progressive change on a range of issues at the state and local level. In carrying its work, OFA will operate as a "social welfare" organization within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.

and yet obama's organization is in clear violation of the tax exempt laws according to their statement of purpose. yet they were approved by the irs. wonder why that was????

Republicans think they're a charity because they see no difference between social issues and politics. They think that legislating morality, and telling other people how to live their lives, is a good thing.

I have one question to those who want to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Do you like all the laws which are in place?
Why don't you dare to repeal them also?

Another clueless RW post from a completely uninformed position. FACT – All the IRS is mandated to do is determine whether you have coverage. If not, you get taxed on it. Period. Nothing more, nothing less. They have no ability to "look at your healthcare".
Try COMPREHENDING the law and understanding what it is supposed to do as opposed to parroting Fux news talking points.

Yawn, so many on the right are whining about tax exempt status without a basic understanding of IRS regulations. OFA is PERFECTLY LEGAL. Which these folks would do a little research BEFORE parroting Fux news talking points.

FACT: – Section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from supporting political candidates, and are subject to limits on lobbying. They risk loss of tax exempt status if these rules are violated.

FACT: – 501(c)(4) organizations may inform the public on controversial subjects and attempt to influence legislation relevant to its program[37] and, unlike 501(c)(3) organizations, they may also participate in political campaigns and elections.

OFA is a 501(c)(4) organization. Please educate yourself.

Yea! Lets repeal Obamacare. I love the runaway medical industry. I love living in a country that is the bottom of list on quality of medical care. Yea! Get rid of the first step in cotrolling this arrogant industry. Get rid of it, replace it with nothing, and when most can no longer afford or will not be allowed to walk into an emergency room-–well, you can just die. But do it around the cornor in the alley so our sensitive staff don"t have to watch. That'll show em how to keep the government out of your business. Toads.
