of course he will. i'm surprised he wasn't there already to distract people from his numerous scandals. if obama is good at one thing, it is never ever missing a good photo op.

Im glad that he waited a few days before paying a visit. The local authorities have enough on their hands already. During those first critical hours and days, they didn't need the extra burden of providing security for the POTUS in a chaotic environment.

A much better photo op than his predecessor flying over a major American city under water.

And you think all that will change by Sunday? No it will not. But that won't slow Obama down one bit.

He was expected to do more than take Air Force One out for sightseeing joy ride at taxpayer expense. At least he could have landed outside of the worst affected areas, like at a state capitol to meet with the governer or something. My guess is that no one wanted to give him landing permission because he would have been all up in the way.

Here we go---- criticize, criticize, never a kind word. Obama waited to go to New Jersey, he waited to go to
West, TX, and he is waiting now.
If he doesn't go – he isn't caring
If he does go – photo-op
    Stop the stupidity!!!!!

george bush did the responsible thing. he surveyed the damage from the air in a multi-state area devastated by a large hurricane without causing a major distraction on the ground and using resources that were needed for disaster recovery efforts. he wasn't looking for photo ops with governors that had their hands full.

obama on the other hand? the exact opposite. mr. photo op at all costs.

I knew that this President was extremely concerned regarding rhe welfare of the citizens of our country regardless of party affiliation. That was basically why I supported him. He is not perfect; ni human is. But he is striving, as we all are GID bless America!

    1. Bush has admitted the Katrina flyover was a "huge mistake" that made him seem unconcerned and removed from the disaster and the peoples' suffering.

    2. The levees broke on Monday. He was photographed on Tuesday golfing and then playing guitar with some country singers. The flyover was 35 minutes long and occurred on WEDNESDAY...two days after NO died. Moreover, your characterization of the flyover as somehow constituting aerial reconnaissance is just plain BS.

If this had Been one of his "fundraising" areas, like Beverly Hills or Palm Beach, man,
He'd fly there day one! Red State? Sunday-before a Valiant GOP begins Watergate 2013.

What goes around, liberal-media, comes around! Rosen of Fox News and the AP-targets of a bad Presidency, one you promoted. But must be just a bit wary of.

    Do your jobs!

I bet if they wanted to go on vacation Air Force One would have left in a seconds notice.

Obama is to busy trying to cover his tracks and not doing a very good job of that either.

I set him up for that one Sniffit. Goes to show you how much they care about FACTS.

I agree with PJ. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. The sooner this country purges itself of these racist, bigoted tea baggers the better off we will all be. This constant denigration of our President is nothing but racism pure and simple.

Yeah...their addiction to rewriting history so they can try to force us to repeat it is pretty astonishing...albeit predictable haha

We all did it together. It's easy when you have facts, and are not making stuff up as you go along because it sounds good.

    "Sunday-before a Valiant GOP begins Watergate 2013. "

    Speaking of rewriting history..

It takes a grossly uninformed and undereducated understanding of what occurred during Watergate to consider that talking point analogy at all appropriate or accurate. It's patently freekin absurd. Of course, the MSM is helping you out by simply repeating your comparison instead of diving into whether it is apt. "Liberal media"? Bwahahaha ridiculous.
