'Our values won,' Obama says in Berlin

(CNN) - U.S. President Barack Obama followed in the footsteps of past U.S. leaders with a speech Wednesday at Berlin's iconic Brandenburg Gate that a senior administration official said would ask Russia to join the United States in slashing its supply of strategic nuclear warheads.

"Hello, Berlin," Obama said twice to cheers, then told the crowd standing in bright sunshine he would remove his jacket due to the heat. "We can be a little more informal among friends."

Nothing new here. Ever since the President was a senator, he worked with Sen. Lugar to try and get these reductions. I'm not sure how Russia feels about it now however with this crisis in Syria going on.

All I hear is how great Obama is where are the jobs guess he is to busy with his family vacation spending our tax dollars on themselves to worry about how we are going to pay for groceries.

Obama has done one thing better than any other President and that is how to spend our tax dollars on his family and other stupid ideas.

The Real Tom Paine – Nobody looks at your posts as anything but a joke. Serious they aren't by far.

    Liberal Sense (Or lack thereof)

The Real Tom Paine – Nobody on this article agrees with your insanity.

Why don't you give up on your Nazi propaganda already.
As far as serious posts are concerned, no one would mistake your childish little rants as nothing more than the ravings of someone with a tiny nugget of information and no experience to test it against. The fact that you resort to name-calling with very little provocation tells anyone, liberal or conservative, that you are ill-equipped to deal with anyone with an opinion that differs from your own. Frankly, that's hardly surprising. Most conservatives ( and a lot of liberals as well)I see on here are unwilling to back their assertions with real facts, preferring to engage in ad hominem attacks. Thoughtful respones rarely get posted on here, because they don't stir the pot. Calling me a Nazi for calling you out on your gross lack of knowledge and real life experience only serves to prove my point. Think a little. I don't care if you agree with me or not: I don't need the affirmation from you or anyone else on here.

200000 thousand cheering crowd had welcomed Obama 5 years back considering him a super hero.
    Now 6000 invitees.
Us has been its worst enemy during the past 11 yrs. Wars, militarism, compromised civil liberties, legacy of corruption & torture in Iraq & Afghanistan etc.

East Germans who have known repression and surveillance and war under Nazis first hand, are arrayed against drones, Gitmo, military interventions and now NSA outrage. It would be hard for Pr.Obama to win them back.

I love that we have a President who not only knows who Immanuel Kant is, but can quote him too.

It is Interesting that Fox News did not carry the speech of Obama in Berlin, but they continue trashing him. Fox News continuing to destroy this nation through the promotion of LIES of the Republicans. Fox News, the voice of the TERRORIST in this nation. Fox News, employing puppets to speak out by the owner of Fox News. Amazing that a TERRORIST news organization is allowed to have free speech against Obama, the nation and the people. Boycott FOX NEWS

No..........our military prowess won.......but that is harder and harder to maintain, in the modern world.

Obama is nothing but meaningless words.
