Bieber calls Clinton after using the F-word

(CNN) – Justin Bieber called and apologized to former President Bill Clinton after a recently-emerged video showed the artist spraying cleaner fluid on a photo of the former president and saying "F*** Bill Clinton."

An aide to Clinton confirmed the apology, and Bieber tweeted about the conversation Wednesday night.

The video, posted online by TMZ, showed Bieber urinating in a janatorial mop bucket as he and his entourage exited a nightclub through a restauraunt kitchen.

The poorly-shot video then shows Bieber using what looks like cleaning liquid to spray a poster of Clinton as the performer shouts the expletive about the former president. The incident reportedly happened in New York City earlier this year.

E! Online reported that Bieber told Clinton he would love to help the Clinton Global Initiative, a public health and humanitarian organization run by the former president and his family.

Clinton reportedly told Bieber, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

– CNN's Paul Steinhauser and Ashley Killough contributed to this report.

Bieber is nothing but a spoiled punk and doesn't reflect true Canadians who respect our American neighbors for all that they have done for us. If it was possible the Canadian govt. should revoke the brat's citizenship.

This kid needs to grow up or stop speaking. He has shown that he doesn't fully understand the world like a few politicians out there. I hope that he is taking the money he is making now and setting it aside to get a few college degrees so that he can do something more meaningful with his life when he loses his voice or his fame.

Wouldn't it be great if Justin Bieber went out clubbing with Aaron Hernandez?

I wrote to the president while he was in office and never got a response. This teenager tells him to F off and he's on the phone with him the next day. Well, I wish I would have known that in '98.

This kid is just doing the same dumb stuff every teenage kid does, only his antics are recorded and posted to the internet. If being a d-bag and peeing in a bucket is the worst thing he's done, good for him. He'll be embarrassed when he's 35.

Ashamed Canadian – you've given us some wonderful musicians over the years (seeing BNL tomorrow night). Let's just overlook this turd and call it even. Have a great day!

I would call him a typical teenage kid. However when he stepped into the lime light they forgot to bring an adult along to guide him. He is a nothing with a lot of money and very little brains. To insult a past or present President is not acceptable for either party. Why he is still a number one hitter is beyond me. He will self distruct before long. He is no tough guy nor will he evber be. Just a punk with to much money.

As long as the press/media continue to post EVERYTHING and give these stars the limelight – KK/Amanda Bynes/Bieber/Rihanna etc. they will continue to SHOW OFF because people are watching. Press is publishing. It would be great to get rid of twitter. They have an audience with the paparazzi – Ignore them – maybe they will go away. Stop publishing anything about them and they will soon realize nobody is interested.

A talentless, self-absorbed, spoiled punk who shouldn't be given one second of time by anyone, especially a former President.

Whoever his so called friends and crew are ruining his career. They're either giving him bad advice or putting him in bad situations. As of late he has shown that he's still very naive and immature. I don't know how difficult the life of a pop star must be, but its no excuse to act like a fool.

This kid is acting no different than most people his age would act at that stage of his personal, and emotional experience. The problem is that it has been exacerbated by money, fame and being in the spotlight all the time. I'm sure the rest of us would handle that perfectly, with grace and no mistakes whatsoever, right? Calling to apologize for some asenine act was the right thing. None of us have had our mistakes trotted out in the press as much as this kid. Yeah, he needs to grow up. Just like we needed to.

Isn't this a felony charge under the new homeland security anti terrorism laws that are removing our (legal american citizens) rights away. Charge him and lock him up. It would be the best use of my tax dollars that I have seen in a long time.
