Bieber calls Clinton after using the F-word

(CNN) – Justin Bieber called and apologized to former President Bill Clinton after a recently-emerged video showed the artist spraying cleaner fluid on a photo of the former president and saying "F*** Bill Clinton."

An aide to Clinton confirmed the apology, and Bieber tweeted about the conversation Wednesday night.

The video, posted online by TMZ, showed Bieber urinating in a janatorial mop bucket as he and his entourage exited a nightclub through a restauraunt kitchen.

The poorly-shot video then shows Bieber using what looks like cleaning liquid to spray a poster of Clinton as the performer shouts the expletive about the former president. The incident reportedly happened in New York City earlier this year.

E! Online reported that Bieber told Clinton he would love to help the Clinton Global Initiative, a public health and humanitarian organization run by the former president and his family.

Clinton reportedly told Bieber, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

– CNN's Paul Steinhauser and Ashley Killough contributed to this report.

So he makes an immense fool of himself and his punishment is.... to be rewarded with a phone call from an ex-president? Celebrities really do live by different rules than the rest of us.

I am so tired of these young stars who think they can say and do whatever they want with very little resistence from the police or legal system. On the other hand, Paula Deen makes a comment 30 years ago and her whole world falls apart. What kind of image is he portraying to all these young teens? What a shame. I would have loved to hear that President Clinton refused his apology. If any other normal American would have committed this act, they would have been beaten and thrown in jail. We as Americans should never tolerate this behavior from ANYONE – even celebrities.

This kid lives in a very surreal world, where he gets his way with everything. When you live your life without respect for others, and no self discipline, you are on the road to self destruction.

Justin Bieber has more maturity than today's GOP. Think about that. At least Bieber has the maturity to apologize for saying terrible things.

Oh lord. When will this little freak just go the hell away? His head is certainly 15,000 times larger than his wee-wee! Lindsay Lohan allllll over again. Though Justin looks a little more feminine than Lindsay.

A 12-year-old kid with a billion dollars in the bank, a massive entourage, and handlers out the wazoo will never learn responsibility, maturity, respect, or the other standards of civilized society. This sad act is going to last awhile. His sole positive contribution to humanity may be as a cautionary tale for others who enter the public limelight: Don't Be a Bieber.

This story does not surprise me at all... JB is a spoiled little rich kid, nothing more.. This "apology" would have meant a lot more, in my opinion, had he made it publicly.. Instead on twitter it's "Thanks for talking to me"... how about adding "and I'm sorry I acted like a complete tool, it was uncalled for" – How about some personal responsibility JB?

Why is this news? Maybe a tweet, but a news story? C'mon CNN...you're better than that.

As a Canadian I would like to apologize for unleashing this piece of crap on the world. He is an embarrassment and serioulsy needs to lose the ego BIG TIME. He is a disgrace, a spoiled brat. I can't wait till he becomes washed up and we don't need to be subjected to his immature little antics anymore.

Can this loser nobody be deported back go Canada?
I have yet to hear of a person from south or central America be the complete jack behind this thing is and continue to make money for his half of a so called talent.
I blame MD state troopers for not putting him behind bars when he started thinking that he could (and he has) gotten away with everything since that episode when he threw a water balloon at one of our state troopers. I would still be in jail for assaulting an officer!
Take cross from Texas with you and don't let the customs' gate hit you on your way out of the US.
