What's Ted Cruz's deal?

Washington (CNN) - Ted Cruz says he wasn't elected to the Senate to stay quiet. And his refusal to observe its protocol and sit back and learn like freshman are expected rubbed some of his more senior colleagues the wrong way.

And while he has angered much of his party over his crusade against President Barack Obama's health care law and the potential government shutdown it could cause, he says he's standing for the same principles that got him elected.

Is that a horn growing out of his head? I knew he was evil but . . . . .
Now we know why Texas and the screeching mutant picked him as the Canadian from Texas to create havoc in congress.
He shouldn't just stay quiet he should resign and disappear then go back to his birth country of Canada or if that's too cold I am sure Castro would welcome him we open arms.

Your party was in trouble before you got elected. Thanks to you, it isn't even on life support anymore. Keep up the good work Ted!

He's playing politics. This is the platform on which he's going to run for President. He should carry his butt back north across the border and stay there. Even former Sen. Cornyn of Texas thinks Cruz' has gone overboard. And for me to agree with Cornyn on anything is miraculous.

The republican party needs to understand the old saying , " You can't save your ass and your face at the same time " .

Fiscal conservative and moderate republicans will vote Democrat rather then support the TeaBiscuits.

Unlike Cruz, most Americans outside of DC do not want an idiot senator from Texas to shut down the government. We have not gotten over the last idiot from Texas who nearly destroyed our country with unnecessary wars, tax cuts for the wealthy, and an unfunded drug program.

It's not hard to tell what a Pres. Cruz would do to the United States. He wouldn't govern it. He'd rule it. No, thanks.

He wants his way, like most of us. Except most adults don't act like a spoiled toddler when we can't get our way and have to compromise.

This guy scares me. He's a cross between Bill O'Reilly & Bob Barker. He peddles hate, using the greatest Sales Tactic known; FEAR. His only agenda, recognized by even Repubs., is HIMSELF. Ayn Rand would love him.

    "What's Ted Cruz's deal?"

He's a power-hungry ideologue panderer who wants to become rich, famous and influential via demagoguery. What was so freekin hard to figure out about that?

What's his deal? He clearly enjoys the attention he has been getting from the press and the under educated right wing, white trash. Let him fly away and like Icarus, crash and burn.

Ted Cruz is like a stubborn kid in the family giving everyone a headache. He should take a backseat and learn. He should ask himself why did his parents take him to school at the first place, if at all he knew everything? If he can come up with the right answer, that will help him to understand the term "new comer" and how little he knows, or knows nothing.

Nope, there's two of them growing out of his head. I think you're catching a glimpse of his tail flicking aournd behind him.

"note to GOP/Teatrolls: "destroy President Darky" is not a "principle.""

Wow dude. Wow. I can't believe that actually made it past the censors. You are disgusting. By the way, Cruz is a minority, just to let you know. Every bit as much a minority as President Obama.

Once again, YOU are the one ties race into this. YOU are the one that introduces a horribly offensive word and it just flows from you like any other word. Hence, my assumptions about you are becoming more and more true by the day.

People in Washington aren't used to someone standing by principle. That's his deal – and it's awesome.

    "What's Ted Crus's deal?"
    Wrong question. Try these:
"What the hell was he thinking?"
    "What was Plan B?"
"Is Crus capable of compromising with himself?"
"How soon is Cruz going to become poster child for the Surrender Caucus?"
"Why does he look so much like Joe McCarthy?"

Turd Cruz is the MSM/GOP/Teatrolls' sacrifice to the volcano gods as a distraction from the fact that the ENTIRE GOP/Teatroll cabal deserves the blame for threatening to shut down the gov't and attempting to rule via manufactured hostage ultimatums. The GOP/Teatrolls and the MSM are both working in concert to focus attention and blame on Cruz, despite the fact that the House GOP/Teatrolls voted almost unanimously to pretend that issuing "my way or no way" ultimatums to the Senate and POTUS is a responsible and good faith attempt to govern.

YAAAAWN. You an call me disgusting for observing the facts all you want. I don't give a crap. I'm not the one doing and saying the things that justified the observation. When someone exclaims "this turd stinks!" do you blame them for the turd?

Truly, it's somewhat disturbing (and disturbed) that you spend time making assumptions about me. Grow up. If you don't like what I have to say, then ignore it, Captain Pantybunch.
