Breaking: Senate unanimously votes to move ahead with spending bill

(CNN) – The Senate voted unanimously on Wednesday to move ahead on a spending plan needed to avoid a government shutdown next week, with Republicans, including Sen. We cannot take the Republicans serious about anything. They just make up foolishness and waste money with their nonsense. Please tell me why he wasted money and time for 21 hours just to move forward. Nothing but a an idiot. These nuts really need to be voted out. Boehner, McConnell, Cruz, Rubio, Paul and the rest of the nutty buddies have got to go.

Ted Cruz knows exactly what he's doing, and you can't spin this with your news stories. He will continue to fight to stop the implementation of Obamacare. It was never his nor any Republican's intention to shut down the government.

Aaaaaaand, 22 hours of mouthbreathing hoohah gone like a fart in a tornado...just like that.

Now, time to get back to watching the MSM deliberately avoid reporting on the new study report showing premiums will be lower than even the CBO predicted.

Republicans voted against cloture in order to preserve their option to introduce amendments to the legislation when it is debated and presumably bing strip of Obamacare provisions – parliamentary Senate rules

So, the "principled" man voted against his principles, wasted time that could have been used doing something
constructive, and gained no respect (except maybe his tea party contingency).
    Again, what a waste.

Apparently some adult realized how stupid Teddy was making the once Grand Old Party look.

Or, and this is the way I'm leaning....they along with their billionaire buddies in the insurance companies are going to work OT to make sure the ACA fails. Any way possible.

After irritating his party (and everybody else) with his fake filibuster, this idiot actually reversed his vote. Cruz should change his name to hypocrite.

So republicans/tea party are giving the people what they have asked for! Now they wait to see if it does what they predict. What else could they do? NOTHING???? They already have done that going on 6 years now.
