This number is not credible when you read in other reports that the system show people have registered two and three times and the system is relaying information to the insurance company's showing the same person has signed up for 2, 3 and sometimes 4 policies.
This number is also as bogus and the claim that 13 million people have gone to the web site. If you have to try and get on the site 10 times a day and are not successful and you keep doing it 10 times a day for several days – you are still only one person.
