Tell them this figure is preliminary and that the official number will be released on a Friday, just like monthly jobs reports.

This will be reminiscent of Sadam Hussein getting 99% of the Iraqi vote.

They need to find three people who are willing to take off their shoes and socks so that they can tally up the totals

The solution to the website is to allow people to enroll at local city, counties department of social services there is one in every city and state within a mile radius. Those who are disabled can receive a face to face visit from a human services worker. That's the solution. The workers are already there already knowledgable and can address any other issues people may be having. God bless

Well maybe if the democratic leadership in the house and senate would have taken the time out to read through the ACA legislation they would have seen that it was going to be a failure from the get go. You just can’t rubber stamp stuff just because your guy is in charge, our elected representatives Republican or Democrat need look out for what is best for the American people and not for the parties best interest.

Obama: The numbers will be released as soon as we cook the books and figure out how to make this look as good as possible. right now we're up to 500,000,000 enrollees, but we're working to include website hits while the website was down as well.

"Shortly"? Meaning in a few minutes or a few days/weeks? Most likely it means however long it takes the WH to make the numbers seem bigger than they are.

a majority of the american people now believe obama is dishonest. no matter what they say, nobody is going to believe them. that's what happens when you get caught telling one of the biggest lies ever told to the american people and worse, one that affects hundreds of millions of them at a very personal level.

obama is toast, obamacare is toast, the democrats are toast. you simply cannot perpetrate a massive fraud like this on the american people and expect to get away with it. if a private company had done this, the justice dept. would already be rounding them up for prosecution. fraud, misrepresentation, bait & switch.... obama and democrats are now seen as criminals to many americans, and rightly so.

"Shortly". We just need a little more time to make them look better than they are. We'll be back as soon as we finish adjusting the smoke and mirrors.

Why does CNN print articles, and we read them veraciously, when we all have made up our minds and support our opinions with made up facts.

Shortly is not a number they should just say how long its really going to be. There is nothing wrong with letting your people know if they are going to be able to take care of there family are not.

The reality is that the administration will show some unrealistic numbers that mean nothing. How many people have actually signed up and are paying?? I don't care how many people have logged in, visited the site, etc. But please do show a comparison of those that have signed up to show who is not paying (medicaid, medicare, low income) vs. middle class payers. I bet the numbers of payers is than 100 nationwide.

as they do with all of their bad news and failure.... the numbers will be released at 5pm friday afternoon to minimize the news coverage and have it blow over during the weekend and be replaced by other news stories. $10 says i'm right.
