    The solution to the website is to allow people to enroll at local city, counties department of social services there is one in every city and state within a mile radius. Those who are disabled can receive a face to face visit from a human services worker. That's the solution. The workers are already there already knowledgable and can address any other issues people may be having. God bless

    Problem is, the call center employees and those in your hypothetical social service department ALL rely on the same website. Too bad, huh? You'd think they'd have designed a second portal... but Naaahhhhh....

    How long does it take for them to pad the numbers? The truth is that the government will continue to lie to us in an effort to further its cause.

    It will be nothing more than another lie and con job. OMG what takes so long to come up with a number. They should have a rolling number EVER day. The fix is in.

    It doesn't matter if one billion people have signed up, it is a fundamentally, actuarially impossible model and will absolutely fail. End of subject.

    @libdumb – You say "Libdumb

    To be fair, if a counter were added to the website, the Canadian company building it has quoted another $150 million for the addition. Obama is saving money by printing out each application on a color laser printer and counting them by hand.

    Obama to the HHA: "6 + 5 equals 11, carry the 2 and multiply by 3.14 oh what the heck just tell them we have a couple hundred thousand signed up so that they'll stop telling us how screwed up we are. If the public initially believed us about the ACA then they will believe anything."

    To all the posters that say that the numbers will be a lie.
    I'm guessing it will be considerably more than the number of WMD's that Bush & Cheney found in Iraq. :-)

    Trolls out in full effect. Name me one president that hasn't lied once or twice. Obama lied about people being able to keep their insurance, I get it. Now lets take a trip down memory lane, previous admin lied which got us into two wars and people to date is losing their lives to war. So lets put things in perspective. Cancellation notice or dying? I will take the cancellation notice everyday over dying. So bash this admin all you want but he has along way to go before he reaches the previous admin lies.

    It's a shame that so many are trying to destroy something that objectively viewed has done quite a bit of good, especially in terms of pricing in many states.

    Everything he's touched has imploded. Hmmm...could that be because his resume for the office of President was so thin you could see through it?

    The numbers won't matter to the people who hate this President and his administration. If they are high then they will say they are padded and it's all a lie. If the numbers are low they will say the programs a failure. This is a no win situation for President Obama. What I want he to do is keep moving us forward. We will never go back to the 1950's which is where the Republicans want us to be... Not gonna happen...

    With the high cost of medical bills and the fact that if one is diagnosed with a terminal disease without medical insurance you are done. If the HealthCare.gov website did not work as intended it does mean the Obamacare will not. Insurance companies will always be opposed to other alternatives. They want to be the only option available. Let's stop pointing fingers at each other and be adults.

    Can they also include the number of American people who have had their healthcare insurance cancelled as a result of Obamacare? The American people deserve to hear the complete picture. They need to hear the massive price many Americans are paying for the few that have signed up.

    You mean that has raised prices in all but four states? Do you mean that is a scheme that will only work if enugh youg, healthy Americans sign up for coverage that they don't need in order to support those who are older and sicker that do? Is that objective enough for you?

    For all the one that has been cancelled have they stop and thought about if they all get sick how much will cost them.
    everyone needs to have insurance and the way it look on down down the line all the ones that was cancelled are going to wish that they all would have sign up for Obamacare.
