What a disgrace, I'm a conservative, a person that believes in Personal Responsibility, this guy is a Disgrace. This guy is exactly what Nancy Pelosi promised to drain from the swamp, the dirty Republican needs to either switch to be an Obama fan, and fit right in, or resign for being a disgrace to Conservatives.

Only in the house, can a republican break the law and get away with it. Impeach Boehner.

Boehner should cut him loose. Actions like this should not be tolerated in a law maker.

It seems to me he was one of the members that voted to cut off welfare for those on drugs. So the only real solution is to cut of his wages from the federal treasury and throw him out. Any other move is hypocritical.

It's hard to believe Rep. Trey Radel, R-Florida had no priors . If he had been charged in Florida it would have been a felony.
He receives a one year probation ? I hope he has to pick up trash along the interstate on weekends for six months , go to rehab and twelve step meeting's.

He should be removed from office willingly or unwillingly . If he wants to run for office again in two years . And has finished his probation and been drug and alcohol free . He can.

Is it time to drug test politicians ?
