(CNN) – In a defeat for the Obama administration over executive privilege, a federal judge has ordered the release of a secret government document dealing with foreign aid that President Barack Obama has refused to make public.
U.S. District Judge Ellen Huvelle, in a ruling dated Tuesday, rejected as "troubling" the sweeping White House contention that a single unclassified directive was within the so-called presidential communications privilege.
And of course, CNN reports nothing about the alleged substance of the memo because informing people about it might harm the nontroversy narrative.
How about some effective journalism and report on how the chairman of the oversight committee leaks everything he get's his hands on whether it be classified or unclassified.
Deflect much Dutch/Bad News? You seem a bit defensive over a non-article. Quit the partisan crap for a second, take a deep breath, and then resume your bile spewing of all things Republican.....so predictable.
@yolanda, Dutch is right. Get your head out of the bubble
And behind curtail number 1 our chief liar in charge.
Classified material should not be made to public, if it does so, it gets declassified. Judge should know, no wonder Law grads are not finding work.
Yo! Landa – right back at you,
Obama should stonewall the way President Cheney did for 8 years.
Has anybody noticed, daily we hear about bammy and defeats. This clown couldn't pick a winner if he was given the answer. Congrats pres on BIGGEST LIAR OF THE YEAR award.
