Congressional leaders back $1 trillion spending bill

(CNN) –Congressional leaders say they have reached agreement on a $1 trillion spending bill that will fund the U.S. government through the end of the 2014 budget year.

The measure follows the guidelines laid out in the budget agreement Congress passed in December.

    The Kochs will be happy with the republicans for eliminating even more money from the EPA. It must mean that the repubs will receive extra bribes from the carbon cabal.
