" It was never proven that GWB lied about wmd`s Iraq. We just did find any.So wrong about wmd`s, yes. Lied, no proof of that."

Riiiiiight. Whatever helps you sleep at night. The evidence shows that they had no evidence of WMDs when they said they were sure and had evidence. The conservative bubble is the only place in the universe where that's considered to be "not lying."

"It was never proven that any had actually existed, either."

Indeed. And yet their representations were that they were certain and did have evidence.

    Show me the yellow cake.

You cannot just "bomb" without someone on the ground directing the targeting.

A couple of missiles are going to do nothing.

The man has no idea what he is doing.

By the time he gets around to making a decision, the crazies will be running Iraq.

I am so certain that the Rebels are laughing their butts off at us.

Too bad the American people do not understand - elections matter.

I have every confidence that Obama will answer the call just as he did in the Ukraine & Syria. He'll ponder and bloviate until hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, are dead or fleeing for their lives and then act. He will rush them a plane full of MREs (Meals Ready to Eat). Now before he may issue several red line threats and give some speeches about how he is thinking about doing something, and then run off to several campaign fund raisers.

Obama is the the best thing that could have ever happened to Putin, Assad, the Taliban and every Islamic terrorist on the planet. He has unilaterally surrendered. And then has the unmitigated gall to get in front of a camera and say the world is safer than it has ever been. At this point everybody should seriously be questioned Obama's mental capacity with statements like that.

@rs-Liberals harp on Cheney and Mitt for getting deferments but not Clinton and Biden. As far as GWB, nothing you say can change the fact that he served in the military and was not a draft dodger.

True on Clinton/Cheney- but Bush's experience reflects the effect of family and privilege- few others had such a soft Viet Nam experience.

To those ultra-lefties defending Clinton and Kerry's vote on Iraq, there were many of us who did not see just cause in launching an invasion into Iraq. Our country does NOT start wars.
    -------------------------------
No one's defending their votes. It's just a straw man argument that's been manufactured by the right wing media. It's simply a distraction from the real issues and problems, which the GOTP has failed to address for the past several years, if not decades.

    @ Tommy G:

Please explain again what universe you live in. Last time I checked, the right-wing response was to send money and blood and treasure to prop of vicious dictatorships, instead of allowing people in those countries to determine their own future. Given the fact that the GOP is perfectly content with interfering in the private lives of people all over the world, on often fabricated evidence, its really amusing for you and anyone in the whack-job chorus to keep chanting that Obama is the best thing that could have happened to them when you were perfectly content to let despots slaughter their own people for generations. Now, are you going to propose a solution, or bloviate about what a failure Obama supposedly is? I doubt your family members will go off to fight them. Chickenhawk.

  12. Obama Mommy Pants Foreign Policy

Obama will not do anything unless these terrorists kidnap 300 women and say they are going to sell them into slavery. Remember, he thinks the USA has been a world bully and needs to be contained, and so we are. Problem is if we are contained, the rest of the world sees it and takes advantage of it. Example, our southern border invasion, terrorists in Iraq, Putin in the Ukraine. Coming soon... China aggression and probably North Korea. They know they only have 2.5 years left to take advantage of Obama's Mommy Pants Foreign Policy.
