Obama offered pot during night out in Denver

,

(CNN) – "Do you want to hit this?" a man asked President Barack Obama in a bar in Denver Tuesday night. The president laughed but didn't indulge.

It wasn't the only time Obama was offered weed on his night out. That's apparently what happens in Colorado, which recently legalized recreational marijuana.

I knew it had to be a Democratic Governor because the GOP Governors know better. Ask Crispy. The GOP members would rather walk through hell with gasoline drawers on than to show THIS POTUS a modicum of respect.

But I didn't like the dude offering the POTUS weed. Just him offering is enough to get the RWNJ's yelling IMPEACHMENT!!!!

I don't understand why Pres. Obama doesn't make a surprise visit to a section of the border. I can understand how difficult the logistics of that can be. I've seen enough visits to the NYC area by sitting presidents to know, or even former presidents. I've seen the snipers on rooftops before. I've seen the decoy routes and vehicles. Did you folks know that there is more than one Air Force One? They have at least two of them, but I think they actually have four.

They need advance teams on the ground to scout the areas, and hopefully some teams on the Mexico side of the border if he approaches it that closely.

Ain't it strange how you never hear the Right talk about prosecuting those that hire these illegals. They wouldn't be here if they weren't getting jobs. It's like a chronic thing, this whole "Cause the problem. Don't take responsibility for the problem. Blame someone else for the problem, thing"

Well, it has been a great fundraiser for a certain segment of the Republican base. That they can't see the ineptness of their own arguments in blaming others for their own failing is perhaps why it has become so lucrative a fundraising appeal. Take Sarah Palin for example: She's never going to win another election in her life ... but, hey. She still draws in the big bucks from her anti-Obama groupies.

Nope. Entirely predictable and understandable. In GOP/Teatroll utopia, immigration reform means we keep them coming and keep them non-citizens/non-voters so they can be exploited by the wealthy and corporations in order to damage labor unions and undermine the labor and employment rights of actual citizens.

Illegals have false documents and the federal government can provide no way of verifying identity. I guess the only safe way is to just not hire anybody that is hispanic and of course that is against the law. The failure of our federal government should not result in employers being attacked and fined. There is only so much they can do with a country full of illegals with fake docuemnts and no way to verify them.

So, why are conservatives so against an E*Verify type of system? I know why. Paranoia over the government having a database with your names in it? Actually, conservatives are for such a system. The problem is that conservative politicians are not. It would be bad for business, burdening owners with the responsibility of checking names.

Hey ,Tony D. There are already laws about prosecuting employers of illegals. As you know the President doesn't do any enforcing except against whistle blowers and Republicans. Is that really the kind of President you like?

  19. New CNN tagline... Democrat Disaster 2014

What can to the Democrats run on in 2014 when they have a major boat anchor around their neck named Barack Obama? Too many lies, too many scandals, too many failures, too many disasters, going to result in not too many Democrats getting re-elected, especially those red state Democrat Senators.

    Bye bye Harry Reid!
