George W. Bush has second partial knee replacement

(CNN) - Former President George W. Bush had partial knee replacement surgery over the weekend - this time on his left knee, just weeks after the similar procedure on his right, his spokesman Freddy Ford said.

The most recent outpatient operation was performed by the same doctor who worked on the right knee in Chicago on May 27, Ford said.

Obamacare, Medicaid - oh look! the wonder of healthcare everybody else pays for, with the added "benefit" of paying for things one doesn't need, want or can even use because of their age or sex.

Lest we never forget. Some served & never came back. Some had "connections" & weaseled out, only to years later strut around an aircraft carrier in a little flight suit like Steve Canyon.

What's happening to my little buddy? He seemed healthy when he was mountain climbing on a bike. I'd like to wish my little buddy a speedy recovery. I hope he takes advantage of these "breaks" to catch up on his painting.

Wait! What he really need was a brain replacement. What's that you say? If he only had a brain ...

I guess he is still on a waiting list for a brain. The guy still looks like he is outer space.

obama won't have to worry about replacing any body parts. he hasn't worked a day in 5.5 years and his brain sure hasn't been used at all. however he might need a mouth/jaw replacement because that is all he ever uses.

  15. ThinkAgain: If you don't like Congress, get rid of the repub/tea bag majority

Speaking of GW, during the Medicaid Part D implementation, he delayed implementation of certain pieces and nobody said anything about it.

Yet now fox, the RWNJ echo chamber and half-wits like the Quitta are saying President Obama delaying certain parts of Obamacare – to help businesses succeed in implementing it, no less – is grounds for impeachment.

This is yet another reason why the gop/tea bags need to be voted out on November 4, 2014: They have the memory of a gnat (or at least assume their base does) and only continue to harm our country with their lies and hypocrisy.

Its very offensive yo hear this monster praised, Google this trash, he should be hanged for crimes against humanity. What a total piece of garbage. Omg, how anyone can praise him is beyond belief, truly is, sending kids yo dye, while bragging about leaving the white house the richest president in history. Last election night, he's giving a seminar, ten thousand s plate, the seminar was, how yo offshore your accounts, and avoid paying u.s. taxes on it, now that's a real patriot alright, disgusting!

You should be congratulating our nation for surviving 8 years of that twit and his proven failure policies – and that we had the good sense to elected President Obama TWICE.

I didn't realize he had knee problems, poor guy. I thought it was only Condi that never got off hers. 😄

  23. ThinkAgain: If you don't like Congress, get rid of the repub/tea bag majority

@just saying: "good to see he is doing well and glad to hear he survived two trips to chicago, the corrupt democrat gangland murder capital."

Typical uninformed rightie: When the FBI published the crime statistics for 2012, at the end of the statement the FBI cautioned against using these statistics for ranking purposes, saying, "These rough rankings provide no insight into the numerous variables that mold crime in a particular town, city, county, state, tribal area, or region.”

Also, the FBI's statistics are for metropolitan areas, which for Chicago include Chicago; Naperville; Arlington Heights; Elgin; Gary, Indiana; Lake County; and Kenosha County, Wisconsin. The homicide RATE for this area is 7.1 for every 100,000 inhabitants. For comparison, consider this:

Montgomery, AL (Includes Autauga, Elmore, Lowndes, and Montgomery Counties): 13.9
Mobile, AL (Includes Mobile County): 11.1
Birmingham, AL (Includes Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Jefferson, St. Clair, Shelby, and Walker Counties): 9.4
Baton Rouge, LA (Includes Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana Parishes): 11.8

Any murder rate is too high – at least now you have the FACTS and not just another RWNJ talking point.

If he had gone anywhere in Louisiana he'd have had a higher chance of suffering gun violence or a gun accident. The numbers don't lie.

BTW, your racism is showing again. Go ahead....cry about me pointing it out....I'll go grab my tear bucket.

Speaking of George, here's the net result of his tax cuts that were supposed to create jobs and lift our country economically:

In 10 of the 12 years when the Bush tax cuts were in effect, the average income shown on tax returns was lower than in 2000. In the two upside years, average income rose modestly, up $504 for 2006 and $1,744 for 2007.
Total those 12 years and the net shortfall per taxpayer comes to $48,010 (that's about $6.6 trillion lost).

Of the total national increase in income in 2012 over 2009, 1/3 went to just 16,000 households, and almost 95 cents of each dollar went to the top 1%, while the bottom 90% lost ground.

Let me repeat that: 90% lost ground economically.

Show how you feel about this by voting out the repub/tea bags on November 4, 2014. They all still cling to the fairy tale of tax cuts creating jobs and helping our economy.

Show them you DON'T have the memory of a gnat, that you AREN'T a fool and VOTE THEM OUT.
