DNC chairwoman: Walker 'has given women the back of his hand'

At an event on women's issues in Milwaukee, Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz blasted Walker for his policies, saying he "has given women the back of his hand."

She is the master of misinformation. They had to probably search far and wide for an attractive picture as her physical appearance is just as horrendous as her wicked and deceitful tongue. The woman is hideous in every way.

@Tommy G, you illustrate my point perfectly well. Your tone has never been anything other than contrived outrage, spin and rationalizations while glossing over the grossly inept performance of the GOP in the last decade. You excuse every single action by your side as somehow ennobling, while ignoring the effects of those actions and slam Democrats for existing. Take off the blinkers, Sunny Jim, and see the landscape that your choices and tone help to create.

Its as much the people's fault out there, they throw you out if you try to pass even the slightest measure of control on things they agree should be done.....sigh..... how did we get so stupid?

    just saying writes:
this horrible woman is the nasty, hateful face of the democrat party. and just when you thought it couldn't get any worse than nancy pelosi. i guess the more desperate the democrats get, the more their true nature comes out. does anybody really have any doubt that people like this would also misuse the irs to attack their political reasons?

just saying jumps out front in the defense of the false allegations regarding the republicant war on women by... attacking two women in his post.
You go js... I think you create a new Dem voter each time you post your hateful lying attacks on the Dems...
keep up the good work (it's probably the only work you do all day)

Nothing wrong with cheating to win Tommy? This isn't a card game, the gop has no restraint when it comes to cheating, erasing voter rolls, sending out flyers with the wrong voting date. Your outrage is completely one sided, and you can't bring yourself to admit there is something very wrong with that.

    smith,

For some reason they just can't handle the fact that neither of us are beholden to one party. It drives them crazy. They are so self involved and caught up in the demonization of repubs that anyone who dares not have 100% liberal positions is a target to them and they have to do everything they can to discredit you. God forbid you think for yourself. I have proven to them on multiple occasions that I have several liberal positions but that doesn't matter one iota to them. It's all about how wonderful dems are and how evil repubs are here for them. Nothing less will do.

No, smith, an uninterrupted stream of escalating comments from Tom against the Right for, say, a week, might give him that credibility he wants. Once he and Tommy G, or Gundy have a spat, then he's back on the road to independence. Btw, ur still pulling to the Right in your comments as well: not easy walking the straight and narrow, is it?

I can't believe that she didn't mention that Scott Walker also kicks puppies and steals candy from babies too. She must have toned it down a bit for this speech.

    Humm,
Let's look at the Cold Hard facts. If I remember correctly Governor Walker looked at the State coffers and saw tons of Red Ink. So he went to the leglsators and said either we do something or start handing out pink slips. It seems the democrats, who were in the minority left the state because they didn't want to pass the needed legistation. However it was passed, the state is now in the black, and a whole bunch of people left the union. On the re-call election Walker got more votes than the first time. Now if the Liberal's in Washington would get the message.

yes, let's look at this facts- Walker missed his new jobs promise by a country mile- barely making 100,000 against the promised quarter million. He LOWERED per-capita income; he RAISED poverty and he lowered educational attainment. But- he did cut taxes for the rich.... Typical GOPper.

Somehow this women, not running for a higher office but chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, attacks another candidate on women's issues at a convention on women's issues, and is seen as vile and hateful.

Yet 2 likely repub presidential candidates can go to a conservative convention and throw all kinds of insults at our sitting president, showing for all the world to see what a divided country we have, and righties see no problem.

If Hillary showed half the fire Debbie Wasserman Schultz has, rather than Hillary's wishy-washy non opinion on any issue until she knows what polls best, well, Hillary might look more like a leader.

You have obviously missed my comments about our foreign interventions and their stance on gay marriage and abortion which would possibly placate you. And also, being independent doesn't mean being 50/50. I lean right (conservative) for fiscal reasons and smaller govt; the repubs of today say that they stand for that but they really don't. dems make no bones about their desire for more govt involvement. So where does that leave me? It means that there are some positions (mainly social) that I agree with dems on but they have gone so crazy nuts with comments just like DWS makes that I can't support them. It is absurd to say things like repubs hate women, minorities and blah blah. I hardly can agree with repubs because they grow govt, spend money and get us involved in too many foreign follies. My comments on here are mainly mocking the gang for their stance on issues and since they make the vast majority of comments here, that's why you see more. You need to calm down a bit. And you also need to look at the tone of comments from the gang. Calling people rwnj's is not nice. Why don't you chastise them for that?

I find it amusing that so many of you take it upon yourself to tell someone claiming to be an independent your idea of rules for independents.

Any true Independent cares NOTHING for your opinion, nor for your rules. An independent can lean left 80% of the time or lean right 80% of the time ( I use this as an example, not a rule).

If I were to define an Independent, i would say it is someone totally fed up with the extremist they once associated with, ideologically. Personally, I would be embarrassed to call myself a liberal, on this ticker.

She's right. Cry about it, Teatrolls. Cry into my tear bucket so I can savor your tasty tasty tears. Nom. So tasty.

Walker serves the Kochs and those like them, not the rest of the public, particularly not women, and he does so because he serves himself first and foremost.

"Let's look at the Cold Hard facts."

Fact: he cut taxes for the wealthy. Fact: he attacked public employees and ruined their job security, right to peaceable assembly and ability to defend themselves from draconian budget cuts that pander to the public. Fact: job growth in WI has been abysmal. Fact: he cut education and educational attainment has decreased on his watch. Fact: he pays obeisance to extremely wealthy interests before anyone or anything else because he believes that in their service he will be bankrolled to achieve even higher office. Fact: he's a smarmy little turd whose only concern is self advancement and where his next big campaign donation is coming from.

Sometimes I throw out a really rightie idea just to set em off (the Uber-Lefties). it's so easy to do though, no challenge.

For instance, I'm pretty much neutral on gun control; we need something changed, but the lefties' ideas are useless.

So is Rudy a misogynist too? He categorizes women as "cuties" and "beauties" so he basically puts women in categories based solely on their looks.

@Rudy-Guns and Gun Control are not political topics anymore?
    --------------------------------–
They are political topics. Some home invasion somewhere is not political.

What about the unarmed kid who was tasered to death by police? If you think a home invasion is "political", then shouldn't someone being tasered to death also be "political"? I know you would rather talk about guns, instead.

Yup, and proud of it. Make no mistake, though. ALL women fall into one of those two categories, not just some.

Women voters – remember when the radical right mumbles about their "100 years of liberal" blah blah: 100 years ago women could not even vote. Be wary of the places Conservatives want to take you! Vote Progressive and move forward with the civilized countries.
