Sareena Dalla is CNN's 2008 campaign producer based in Manchester, New Hampshire. Sareena began her career at CNN in 2002 and worked in the Atlanta newsroom before signing on with “NEXT@CNN,” CNN’s premiere science and technology show. In 2005, Sareena joined the network’s flagship documentary show, “CNN Presents” where she covered and produced pieces on the Iraqi elections, CNN’s 25th Anniversary Special, and the life and faith of Pope Joseph Ratzinger. Sareena was recognized in 2006 for her contributions to CNN’s Emmy award winning piece, “Charity Hospital,” that depicted the resilience of the New Orleans public hospital left to fend for itself in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. She is also the 2007 award recipient of both the Overseas Press Club Foundation and the Radio Television News and Director’s Foundation for her independent reporting on tsunami survivors in Thailand.
