Huntsman puts ‘trust’ first in final N.H. push

Exeter, New Hampshire (CNN) - Jon Huntsman returned to the site of his June presidential announcement to make his final appeal to Granite State voters ahead of Tuesday’s first-in-the-nation primary.

The former Republican governor, who has staked his White House ambitions on a strong showing in the state, told a packed town hall in Exeter Monday that he has become a "shameless salesman" on behalf of his candidacy as he crisscrosses the state asking for votes.

Huntsman's final ad push

Manchester, New Hampshire (CNN) - In the lead up to voting in New Hampshire Tuesday, Jon Huntsman released a new ad that retools statements from Sunday's debate to hit frontrunner Mitt Romney and prove his patriotism.

"He criticized me while he was out raising money for serving my country in China, yes, under a Democrat, like my two sons are doing in the United States Navy," Huntsman is quoted saying of rival Romney in the spot. "I want to be very clear with the people here in New Hampshire and this country: I will always put my country first."

Hindus denounce ad attacking Huntsman's faith, values

(CNN) – Republican presidential hopeful Jon Huntsman called it stupid. His rival Ron Paul denounced it. But perhaps most appalled by a "China Jon" ad on YouTube were Hindus in America.

An amateurish video posted by Paul supporter NHLiberty4Paul questions Huntsman's American values, shows Huntsman, a former ambassador to China, speaking in Mandarin and calls him the "Manchurian Candidate."

BLITZER's BLOG: Running for president is a family affair

(CNN) – I remember interviewing Hillary Clinton near the end of her very grueling run for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008. She had been on the campaign trail for a long time. She had worked really hard, especially in the final months as Barack Obama was challenging her. You could see the strain she was under.

During those tough times, her daughter, Chelsea, suddenly had become very visible on the campaign trail. She spoke for her mother all the time, often introducing her at campaign events, and did very well. You could see how proud Hillary Clinton was.

Huntsman hits Romney ahead of N.H. primary

(CNN) - Asked about Mitt Romney on Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman described the former Massachusetts governor as an inconsistent candidate.

"What is your core? You run for the Senate as a liberal. You run for governor as a moderate. You run for president as a conservative," Huntsman said on CNN's "John King, U.S.A." "People want to know who you were yesterday and what you're going to be tomorrow."
