I say Hillary Clinton gets an incomplete for her time so far as Secretary of State.
It's unclear how much she's done, and how much progress has been the work of the individual special envoys who have been appointed.
It's also unclear where the decisions are being made in this administration. So it's too early to grade her.
I give President Obama a B- for his press conference. He clearly is a great performer, and the master of his own universe in that respect.
But I found him to be very disingenuous on the interrogation techniques question. Former Vice President Dick Cheney has called for the declassification of memos showing what information aggressive interrogation techniques yielded so people get a better understanding on whether these techniques work or not.
He sort of kicked that question aside. It's an unfair way to treat the issue.
(CNN) – I give President Obama an 'incomplete' on his handling of the economy. We haven't seen any of the effects of his stimulus plan yet, and whatever positive upticks we have seen can probably be attributed more to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke.
As a reporter, I can't resist giving Vice President Joe Biden an A. Every time he talks, he makes news and does us reporters a favor! He always makes for a great story.
In all seriousness, he also appears to be coordinating the economic stimulus package at the local level very well.
