2016 WATCH: READY FOR WARREN: SUPPORTERS OFFICIALLY LAUNCH CAMPAIGN ... Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren says she's not seeking the White House. That's what former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is doing on her book tour. And like Clinton, Warren now has an organized group supporting her and encouraging her to run. Ready for Warren also has a petition as well as a Facebook campaign and a Twitter feed to rally support. - Leigh Ann Caldwell.

WHITE HOUSE: GOP LAWSUIT IS CASE OF HYPOCRISY ...White House officials are scratching their heads over House Speaker John Boehner's announcement Thursday that Republicans would sue President Barack Obama over the administration's decision last year to delay the health care law's employer mandate. That's because, as one senior administration official pointed out on Friday, those same lawmakers voted to do the exact same thing - defer until 2015 the Obamacare requirement aimed at making businesses provide health coverage to their workers, or pay a penalty. – Jim Acosta

PERRY: ‘HE SHOWED UP AT SANDY. WHY NOT TEXAS?’ ... Texas Gov. Rick Perry and others are lashing out at President Barack Obama's decision not to tour border facilities overwhelmed by a flood of undocumented children, saying he was shirking a fundamental duty. COCHRAN CHALLENGER BUILDING EVIDENCE TOWARDS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MISSISSIPPI GOP RUNOFF RESULTS: The campaign of the tea party-backed challenger who narrowly lost a Republican primary runoff in Mississippi to longtime Sen. Thad Cochran said it's building the evidence needed to legally contest those results. "The evidence we have found so far, which will in part serve as the basis for a challenge, is promising," Noel Fritsch, spokesman for state Sen. Chris McDaniel, told CNN Monday. Fritsch spoke to CNN as attorneys for the campaign told reporters at a news conference at the Hinds County courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi that they will go through ballot boxes, including absentees, before taking legal action.
