WASHINGTON (CNN) - Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani weighed in on Sen. Hillary Clinton's, D-New York, proposed universal health care plan Monday, criticizing its "government command and control."
"Let’s not have HillaryCare – Hillary in charge of our health care," he told reporters in Florida. "Let’s put people in charge of our health care. And the reality is the only thing that brings down cost and increases quality is a large consumer market, not government command and control."
"Government command and control only increases costs and decreases quality," he added.
