(CNN) - Senior Political Correspondent Candy Crowley reports from Las Vegas.

She provides a look at who Nevada voters are and how they'e stepping up to the plate now that the Silver State is one of a handful of early primary states sanctioned by both national parties.

Crowley also reports on how Nevada may be up for grabs in the 2008 presidential election.

    I don't think education is top of the priority list in Nevada, I don't think their voters are the creme de la creme, so to speak. I mean look at Las Vegas. Over-development, no restriction on signs and legal prostitution; pollution, overuse of energy in Las Vegas. Not the model American city by any means. I wouldn't put too much credence on what these voters have to say.
