Obama camp responds to Clinton ad with one of their own

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/images/02/29/art.obamaadres.cnn.jpg caption=" Obama's campaign has issued its own 3 a.m. ad. "](CNN) - In a direct response to a Hillary Clinton television ad, Barack Obama's campaign Friday released its own 30 second spot raising the prospect of an early morning foreign policy crisis.

"It’s 3 a.m. and your children are safe and asleep," the ad's narrator states in an obvious take off of the Clinton ad released earlier in the day. "But there’s a phone ringing in the White House. Something’s happening in the world. (Related: Clinton raises the stakes in new ad)

"When that call gets answered, shouldn’t the president be the one – the only one – who had judgment and courage to oppose the Iraq war from the start… Who understood the real threat to America was al-Qaeda, in Afghanistan, not Iraq," the narrator continues. "Who led the effort to secure loose nuclear weapons around the globe… In a dangerous world, it’s judgment that matters."

I know who I'd trust with my Grandchildren, and it definitely wouldn't be Obama.

Got nothing to do with, 'Race Bias'. Just my own experience in the world, especially the
Middle East. Tells me the way, the world is going..

You have to see, the world at it's worst, and then talk about trust!!!

I like to strongly think I know a lot more, than most would give me credit for.

    Senator Obama's team....

Well played. Very impressive response times to opponent attacks. I want this team working for America.

Senator Clinton just whines, stomps her feet and throws kitchen sinks at people when the going gets tough. Heck, she doesn't know how to financially manage a campaign.

    Obama such a controlling person.
Don’t use his middle name, it makes him uncomfortable. Don’t question him on the issue, he can only hope. It is not a game. We are choosing president. Enough of the childish play.
    Go Hillary!

Clinton's campaign is like the little league team playing against the High School team of Obama.............LOL..........When this all started i was for Hillary , but it didn't take to long to figure out Obama is the one for the job.

What foreign policy experience does Clinton have that gives her the right to air ads like this ? Being on a couple of Senate committees ?

This is a race for President of the United States, not President of the committees.

I don't think I can stand four years (because that is all they'll be) of Obama's sermonizing and harping over this one thing. He was always against the war! So what? He was an Illinois State Senator at the time.

He has voted yes on everything else pertaining to the war. If he was truly opposed he would have shown some moxie and voted nay!

Candidate of change? He's a whiner this guy. He really has done nothing to qualify him yet for the Presidency of the United States.

Every President of change this country has ever had at least had some mileage and experience.

Wow, Obama's running out of material. That's their great comeback? Yes, we've all heard that he got that one answer right. Most of his other answers he cribs off Hillary. And who cares if he got that right? What does he plan on doing about Iraq? And will he bother to show up at committee meetings?

There is one major piece of history the supporters of Hillary seem to forget. Hillary actual admitted to not reading the ENTIRE report on Iraq before VOTING FOR IT. CHECK THE RECORD!!. The reason she voted for it was for a few reasons.. She had planned to run for President, she thought the war would be over by now, and she would appear TOUGH on National security. Unfortunately, it was a PURELY POLITICAL decision that did not turn out the way she thought it would and now it is costing her the Presidency.

i like senator obama he is what the country needs. I lived in westchester county for two years, you should ask what has she done for own community. The poor have so many challenges there ,along with the latino people and hispanics. They work jobs that barely pay bills, and there are poor people literally stacked on top of each otherand the dream of ever owning a home in westchester county is a dream that will never be realized.

I wonder if Obama was ever sent to the office for copying? It's a cinch he has no words or ideas of his own.

I find it hilarious the Clinton supporters are treating this like he copied Clinton's message..... he merely responded back. Of course, in between pieceing together your all's lack of spelling and grammatical skills, I am not surprised you didn't understand this...

Of cou'rse she will be up at 3:00 am - she's waiting for Bill to come home or call !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get real if she gets a call at 3:00 in the morning and nobody else knows about it then we are in big big big trouble. We have already see her impaired judgement, not releasing tax returns, voted to go into Iraq, White Water, the fail health plan do I need to say more.

CNN Please let this one through!

At 3:00 in the morning Hillary's too busy keeping tabs on her cheating husband to answer the phone. We should have impeached these two when we had the chance.

Hillary you will be our President. Senior citizens, women and the latino community support you all the way!
Hillary, tu seras nuestra Presidente, los ancianos, mujeres, y Latinos estamos siempre contigo !

    Hillary 08!

She is not talking about change, ' she has been a positive change maker throughout her life. If you were to have surgery whom would you rather to do it? the aprentice or the surgeon.
Hillary knows what she does, and will be our Best Commander and Chief.

America wake up and vote for real change and not for "just words" that cannot stand the republican party. Do you think that "independents will lean towards a story teller or experience?

obama can't do anything without Hillary doing it first. Is he really the one you want answering the phone?

Now he has his wife defending his middle name? Poor baby stop picking on him and just give him the white house.

Actually, eva, the record shows that Clinton actually waited until Obama voted for subsequent war issues, and then voted the same way he did. Not the other way around.

Wow. Not only does Obama have to wait for Hillary to answer a question before he knows how to answer himself, now he has to wait for her to create effective advertising so he can copy that as well. What on earth is he going to do if he DOES win the primary and DOESN'T have Hillary to answer his questions for him? Does the man even have an original thought of his own? Cause if he does, he certainly didn't show it at the debates.

Hillary can not continue to blame her poor judgment on George Bush lying or deceiving her. Who in their right mind (especially in the Democratic party) would ever trust George Bush? Her failure to acknowledge her lapse in judgment is yet another reason why I could not support Hillary. We all make mistakes, but when she starts blaming others I can not respect her
