Sen. Clinton enjoyed a shot of whiskey Saturday night in Indiana. (Photo Credit: AP)
CROWN POINT, Indiana – After a day of taking shots at rival Sen. Barack Obama over his "bitter" remarks, Sen. Hillary Clinton relaxed in Crown Point, Indiana and took a shot of a different kind – Crown Royal whiskey.
Clinton was at Bronko’s Restaurant having a beer when the bartender asked, “You want a shot with that Hillary?” After some deliberation, Clinton settled on a shot of Crown Royal, a Canadian whiskey.
Later in the evening, the Democratic presidential hopeful also sat down and had some pizza.

GREAT.......When the phone rings at 3:00 a.m., she will be all liquored up!
Obama/Edwards08 Si Se Puede
Sounds like Hillary "finally found her voice" with alcoholics.
Nice.
The Obama folks still don't get it.

The Obominations want to say their Messiah is just telling the truth. Barack explained that we are bitter. Saying the American people may be bitter is not the problem. We all know people get discouraged and bitter when things aren't going good.
Then he went on to say because of our bitterness we turn to guns, religion and racism. That is the mistake he made. That is what makes him out of touch.
Crown Royal Canadian, the number one drink among ordinary, gun twirling, bible thumping, non-elitist rural people like Hillary.
I love this Picture,
Canadian Whiskey, doesn't it make you think of NAFTA, LOL.
I laugh at all the Hillary Supporters who call Barack Obama a Rascist and a Black Panther.
You people need a reality check and grow up. I have never heard so many racist remarks against and African American. You People created slavery and you still look down on the African American people.
If you have more crime and poverty and lack of education in the African Americans because you elitist white people have purposely kept them down for FEAR of the African American having any say in your government. You continue control them to this day, and I feel that is no better than the time of segregation during Martin Luther King.
By the way I am a white typical female!
His remark on bitterness is true and people who are discouraged and desolate who are good people do bad things to feed their families when they are desperate. This is the real world and people become desperate.
Hillary Clinton can not go back to the good times in the 90's that is being unrealistic the world has changed for the bad.
It takes a president with good judgement to start a better place for the American People.
Check what the world is saying who they would like to see for President of the United States. Barack Obama is winning the polls by large amounts.
That should tell you what would be best for your country and change the attitudes the world has of your country. The world is bitter and angry with the United States for causing this terrible economy even in Canada. I am bitter I pay 5.00 a gallon at the pump so what are you complaining about, milk is over 5.00 for 3 quarts, eggs are close to 4.00 a dozen. I could go on and on.
Please get over your nonsense of nitpicking the candidates and pick a good president that will change Washington and attitude of the States all over the world.
Please pick Barack Obama for your next President.
This pictures sends quite a message to our youth, to those who are suffering from alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other substance abuse! A Presidential Female Hopeful - BELLYING UP TO THE BAR!!!
. . . .What better way to drown out your sorrows now that you've lost the
campaign.
Good For Her! Im voting for her for sure now:)
The Clintons make this election stink.
There's clearly good vs. evil in this election, and it doesn't take a moron to see who would be better for this country. I'm voting for the candidate with integrity, period.
Obama 08
Hillary's gonna be able to better relate to Indiana voters
HILLARY Leader with solutions and to unite the country.....
OBAMA, man with good speeches.. Sorry not lately...
The Obama supporters (and Obama himself) think you can get people to vote for you by mocking, demeaning, insulting and patronizing them.
Just wait.
Hey, if I had her marriage, I'd drink too.
this women is a joke!
This ignorance of the comments posted by Hillary-supporters truly saddens me 🙁
Hillary is completely out of her mind. And, we the American People will not stand for her and Bill to get back into the White House. Obama said the right stuff regarding Americans being bitter. I'm bitter that she will do and say anything to get into the White House. NOT THIS TIME!!!
I'm glad Hillary has taken off the gloves. We need a hardcore prez. She doesn't have to be phony and pretend she likes everyone, I'm glad she not placating to special interest groups.
Go Hillary, you rock.
. . . .Hillary said that she wanted to cut down on guns in one place in Pennsylvania, and then went to another town and touted gun culture and
her "shooting" experience. Do we really want a two-faced President? I think not.
Obama 08.
What will a Hillary Clinton presidency look like?
"Which is to say, high-minded ideals, lowered execution, half truths, outright lies (and imaginary flights), take-no prisoners politics, some very good policy ideas, a presidential spouse given to wallowing in anger and self-pity, and a succession of aides and surrogates pushed under the bus when things don’t go right. Which is to say, often."
Barack Obama has the integrity, and honesty to lead this nation successfully. If Obama gets the nod come September, truly, think twice before donating your vote to the opposition. Hillary supporters, don't let your emotions, or personal feelings get in the way of what we all know is in the best interest of America; not to allow 4 more years of Republican rule.
The American voter has been deceived for years by pranks like what Hillary is playing for them to think that the politician is like them only to be disappointed when they are elected be it to the White House or Congress. Look at the eyes of Hillary as she 'downs' that Canadian Whiskey! Doesn't it look like she is pandering to voters, in addition to showing a bad example to our young girls that it is OK to indulge in hard liquor-all just to win votes? Here is a woman who together with her husband made over $109m in 7 years, who loaned $5m to her campaign, who has had Secret Service protection for about 20 years, the wife of a past Governor and a former First Lady who toured troubled areas like Bosnia under full US protection, privileged beyond measure, trying to paint Obama who has just finished paying his student loan as elitist! And voters would buy this??? How many rural Pennsylvanians are even close to Hillary in ANYTHING? Wake up America. Obama is not an elitist and he will fight for you because he knows what economic suffering really is, not multimillionaires like Hillary and McCain. Don't let them fool you. Obama made a mistake about how he said what he said and apologized for it. Don't we all? But that does not make him an elitist and out of touch with Americans. He is more grounded than Hillary and McCain.
What a wonderful role model for our youth.
Drink whiskey, talk up guns and shooting, knock back a beer and have some pizza.
Why not just fire up a Lucky Strike and throw down a couple hundred bucks at the casino?
Where is her "lead by example" on preventitive medicine? Does she exercise? Eat fruits and vegetables? Read on a daily basis? Clean up the environment?
We don't need to elect another "drinking buddy", we need to elect a leader.
The Clinton campaign gets more desperate each day, so she will say and do anything to win. If you want to talk elitist Senator Clinton would be the elitist. They are running a huge con game on the American people. I know that she won't get elected but if she were to – a bunch of people will be saying we been deceived.
this news indicates CNN biases to Obama by saying the whiskey comeing from Canada. In fact, the whiskey was offered by the host.
I was raised in a small town. My uncle was laid off a couple months ago after working for 20 years for the same place, just short of his 65th birthday. Friday, we were given notice that 30 jobs will be cut from my work place, with more to come. I may be out of a job before the November election. People I care about definitely will be out of work and out of health insurance.
Obama told the truth. He didn't mock anyone. People are bitter. People do vote on issues of religion, immigration, and guns. I know people that do. There is nothing wrong with telling the truth.
I don't care if Hillary drinks a shot of whiskey. This is a long, tough campaign and she can do what she likes. This is a silly story. I wish that she talked less about what small town folks think...and actually found out what they do think. She is the elitist one.
I'm bitter, and better that Barack is in this race.
