RNC launches new anti-Obama site

The RNC launched a new Web site Friday.

The RNC launched a new Web site Friday.

(CNN) - The Republican National Committee is stepping up its efforts against Barack Obama, launching a new Web site Friday that solicits voters to question the Illinois senator on issues "he has failed to address or refused to answer."

The site is encouraging both text and video submissions via YouTube. It also features a Web video suggesting certain questions to ask, including, "Why, as an Illinois state Senator, did he vote 'present' over 130 times instead of 'yes' or 'no' on difficult issues like abortion, crime, and guns?" and "Why did he tell donors in San Francisco that the economy has driven small town voters to 'cling' to guns and religion?"

Obama supporters should just flood the site with questions to McCain. Tho my guess is they will remove all comments that arent negatives for Obama.

Obama is going to get slaughtered by the Rep. Maybe that will get that smug, arogant look off of his face.

    --

No offense to anyone, but people with self esteem issues are always attacking someone for being arrogant or "smug". If Obama was fat and ugly, he'd probably win the election hands down.

It's a baseless complaint. Can we at least pretend to have reason not to like the candidates that we hate?

How about not worrying about what Obama did/didn't do, and tell us what you are going to do McCain.

OK – The RNC as Forrest Gump – stupid is as stupid does. This is the kind of stuff that's going to blow up in their faces because America is SICK OF THIS NONSENSE. So, feel free – spew your venom and lose the voters in droves.

Fear and Low self-esteem are often at the roots of abusive behaviors and comments...in order to make myself look good in public I have to make you look bad, stupid, inept, etc. I guess the Republican party is starting politics as usual early this year. This would be why I am not now, nor have ever been, nor ever will be a Republican.

I just went onto the RNC site to view the video. A couple of things jumped out a me. The website uses a woman's voice-over and Obama's own campaign slogan to make its point. There is also no mention of Jeremiah Wright.

Are they kidding? In seven years of absolute Republican control what have they done to stop abortion? NOTHING!!! Remember Rumsfeld said that DC was just as dangerous as Iraq??? Thank goodness THEY solved that crime issue.

This stuff will definitely unite the DEMS. Keep up the good work CNN!

He can't tap-dance around the issues once he's the one.
He'll be forced to answer some complex and difficult questions from experts. He will have to defend his claim to be the best choice for Chief Executive and Commander-In-Chief with some real facts and solutions–not vague concepts and bullets from his 3X5 crib notes.

Thats why we have a site that lists things younger than McCain. We will counter, with why does he call himself an elitist when his wife is worth millions and he flew on her plane to campign? Why does he feel that being locked up for 5 years (which we appreiciate) qualify him to be commandr in chief. Why was he not for the Bush tax cuts initially and for them now? based on what reports has the economy improved, since that's hi sthought process. Its over Mickey mack... Over. You lost the presidency, when Hillary lost the nomination

  23. TIME TO UNITE

    To all my fellow democrats,
I am and will always be a Hillary Clinton Supporter.. Her chances are realistically diminshing. I am a realist. It's a sad turn of events. But what I will fail to do is to allow another 4 years of Bush's policies to plague MY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY. It's time to turn our attention on McINSANE and destroy the Republican party once and for all. Let us UNITE NOW and put an end to thousands dead; put an end to economic failures; put an end to a war for oil. LET US TROUNCE THEM!!!

Can't wait until we can ask McCain about his hypocrisy with McCain-Feingold, his relationship with Hagy, his wife's tax info (remember the outcry for Kerry's wife to release hers), his 100 year plan for Iraq, why he doesn't know the difference between Shiite and Sunni, his comment about not knowing as much as he should on economics, and every other item that he has flip flopped on.
