Edwards to endorse Obama

The endorsement could help Obama reach out to white, blue-collar voters - a demographic group that Obama has failed to capture, most notably in the recent Pennsylvania and West Virginia primaries.
Edwards received 7 percent of the vote in Tuesday's West Virginia contest.
The former North Carolina senator had campaigned on the message that he was standing up for the little guy, the people who are not traditionally given a voice in Washington, and that he would do more to fight special interests.
After dropping out of the race on January 30, Edwards asked both Clinton and Obama to make poverty a central issue of the general election and a future Democratic administration, something both agreed to do.

Edwards has waited all this time because he did not know who was going to win the Democratic nomination. He is an attorney, that is the way he thinks, by going for the winner, he thinks he just may be the VP nominee. He could not even carry N C in the last election why would any one want him for a running partner?
Who cares I was an Edwards supporter who now support Hillary and will continue to do so!

It will be Edwards. His endorsement plus the delegates he will push toward Obama and had in fold, 19, would bring at least 20 delgates on the day.
At this rate he may just reach 2026 by next Tuesday.

I don't think this will change the minds of the will of the people. The will of the people clearly wants Hillary. Barack and the DNC is trying to steal the nomination from Hillary, when they haven't even counted all the votes.

I have alot of respect for Edwards, he is a good man with a distinguished record who is an enlightened politician. He knows a sure bet when he sees it. They are both good men. This would be a winning ticket.
