Perino on McClellan

[cnn-photo-caption image= caption="Perino expressed disappointment with McCllelan's new book."]
(CNN) - White House Press Secretary Dana Perino just released the following statement on former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan's new book.

"Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House. For those of us who fully supported him, before, during and after he was press secretary, we are puzzled. It is sad – this is not the Scott we knew.

"The book, as reported by the press, has been described to the President. I do not expect a comment from him on it – he has more pressing matters than to spend time commenting on books by former staffers."

Yes, Bush "veered TERRIBLY OFF course" - Scott McClellan's own words –, and the country is NOW paying the TERRIBLE prize for it. SHAMEFUL.

It would be even more interesting to find out if Scott writes about the Energy Task Force from the very early years. How can anyone write a Tell-All book on the Bush Administration without even a pawtry mention?

We can thank the likes of Rush Limbaugh and the supposed "Moral Majority' for the pack of liars now spilling their guts. You should hear the fat pig spinning more lies on his radio program right now.

This press secretary of strangely robotic. It's almost like the factory where they made Stepford Wives came out with a new product line – Stepford Press Secretaries.

She's on the payroll. In fact, she's paid to attack his credibility, so why give this misguided career woman a moment of our attention?

Being "puzzled" is nothing new for the current administraion in the White House.

Lies, Lies, Lies, I quess the Libral media wasn't making them all up now were they??

I'd like to see Rove and Libby sue McClellan for telling lies in his book. If they don't sue him then guess what his book is true. Oh, I forgot Rove will just wrongfully imprison him for the next few years.

    I think it can be said no better than what Brian from Fort Hills SC said, and I quote him without permission but with respect ;

"Brian from Fort Mill, S.C. May 28th, 2008 11:16 am ET

Yeah, but not a single one of you has said that his statements are FALSE!"

Could not have said it better myself. I also like the comment (I cannot recall who said it and so I paraphrase it) "Puzzled? I can see why he is speaking the TRUTH now something the bush administration doesn't understand".

    great comments folks!

Dana – you better speak up and tell the truth now or you too will be labeled a former disgruntled staffer when your book comes out next year. After all, that will be the only way you will be able to make a won't find a job anywhere in the Dem world. Good luck sister!

    I'm buying Scott's book.

Because I'm interested in what he has to say.

Because I also think that he is telling the truth about his experiences.

If you've really worked in the Texas Legislature during the Richard's and Bush years...then you know this guy.

    Can't wait Scott and thanks!

Was McClellan disgruntled when he serve under G W B in Texas? Was he disloyal when Bush was governor. Perino does not look real. She might speak up too when Bush is finally out of office.
So far this is the only president who have had 4 press secreataries resigning in a giving term of Office. This makes a person to wonder why all of these resignations.

Where was Lou Dobbs during this time. He mouths off every night on immigration isues and at any one who dares challenge him on anything. This would have given him a medal of honor if he had done his home work correctly.

Maybe if they can provide him with a copy that has pictures in it he may be able to read it. Or maybe Karl Rove can read it to him as he tucks him in to bed at 9:00 every night.

Can't he read? And should he be commentting on things he did not read for himself. That would explain the Iraq intelligence blunder.

Funny... They didn't say that he he was lying!!

Maybe Dick Cheney should take Mr. McClellan on a hunting trip with him to find out why he is so "disgruntled"???

Dana, you too may come out and do the same as Scott. Not only to say against the policy your government took invading Iraq, also to make some money or get fame telling the truth.

Hillary voted for the war. Hillary is dividing her party. Hillary is ruining the chances for BHO if he is the nominee. Hillary is making a stronger case for McCain.

    Thanks Hillary.
