Obama making imprint on DNC organization

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/images/06/05/art.obamadnc.gi.jpg caption="Obama will ask the DNC to stop taking lobbyist and PAC money."](CNN) - Barack Obama is set to ask the Democratic National Committee to no longer accept money from federal lobbyists or political actions committees, CNN has learned from sources at the DNC and the Obama campaign.

CNN has also learned Obama will ask one of his top operatives, Paul Tewes, to help the DNC with its fundraising operation, which has lagged far behind its Republican counterpart this year.

Tewes will be the Illinois senator's eyes and ears at the DNC and see to it that the party and the candidate are in sync, according to sources.

Kenneth, you are an idiot if you believe he does not need the Clinton supporters to win in November. People like you are the reason I will write in Hillary Clinton in November.

Talking about the AIPAC lobbiysts, So far for 'change' after hearing the speech yesterday, it seems after all that also mister Obama's good ideas are going to waste in Washington when it comes to foreign policies, wich angered the whole Middle East. To make a statement like that in the middle of the peace proces is appaling to them and likely to fuel a whole new rage of exremism, unfortunatly. So after accusing Bush his policies does it turn out that it wil be mr. Obama who will be running for his third term??
    Will you post it CNN???

Well now, let's see-Obama's big donations came from Tony Rezcko, who was just yesterday convicted of fraud and money laundering in Chicago. Yes, this is the same Rezcko who sold Obama land in Chicago at bargain basement prices.

I guess Obama is our model for fund raising.

Charlotte – get over it there was no conspiracy. The only person who had created the problem was Hillary Clinton. She fueled alot of the feelings you have today because of something she had changed her stance and opinion on based ultimately for her own gain.

If she cared that much about what happened in Florida and Michigan and making sure there was a strong democratic process in place she would have done so last year.

Charlotte: You sound like one of those sore losers. If the shoe was on the other foot and Hillary got the nod, you would not feel the same way would you now?? Admit it. It was a fair and demorcatic election and the voice of the people was heard. Look at all the people who endorsed Barack. Now get behind the democratic ticket and show your support..

As a former Democrat, I just signed up on McCain's website.
I noticed his blog was full of vicious rhetoric from Obama supporters.
Since they no longer have Hillary to insult, they have moved to McCain's site.
I am voting for McCain to shut these people up. Not a good reason to vote for someone? Never is voting for Obama because Oprah tells you to.

I think too many people made the mistake of taking Obama's integrity as a sign of weakness. What we're seeing is real leadership in action. This is just the beginning.
