HillaryClinton.com goes Obama-centric

[cnn-photo-caption image= http://i.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2008/images/06/07/art.hrcboweb0607.hrc.jpg caption="Sen. Clinton's campaign Web site took on a new look Saturday as she endorsed Sen. Barack Obama."]
WASHINGTON (CNN) – In concert with her speech Saturday, the banner image across Hillary Clinton’s Web site flipped to “Support Sen. Obama today.”

The site – which has been a central part of Clinton’s fund-raising efforts and a signature part of her speeches – now asks supporters get behind Sen. Barack Obama and “together we can write the next chapter in America’s story.” The box alongside the email sign-up, however, still solicits contributions to her campaign.

Clinton has suspended her presidential campaign. By suspending instead of dropping out, she technically remains a candidate, entitled to keep statewide pledged delegates and district-level delegates.

A video message on the site, posted four days ago, thanks her supporters, telling them: “I could not have made this part of the journey without you,” but makes no mention of the presidential nominee.

Update: Sen. Obama has returned the favor online.  The Obama campaign's Web site has been altered to allow visitors to leave messages of thanks for Sen. Clinton.  Click here to see this new feature on the Obama site.

Clintons made sure they have dominated the whole weak of news circle and deny Obama of centre stage of his win.

Now it is time to put this to rest and move on with an honest leader.
    Go Obama!

After what they did- the party does not deserve your loyalty.

    Much less mine.

I won't tolerate this cruelty and bias and hate- ever.

Oh, that's cool that Obama's team created a message place on his board for thank you's to Hillary. I had actually just signed up on her website to leave her a message, too.

Now this is more like it. A round of Kumbaya to follow... 🙂

Good for you Hillary. I only hope that the really Bitter people who pretended to follow you still do. It is a mystery to me how people can act SO Loyal but then dump you when you ask them to move forward to help the party as a whole. Maybe they had "other" reasons behind their support?

Too bad, WE, loyal Hillary supporters will NEVER support NONAME. Our trust and respect has to be earned, we do not give it away like candy. NONAME better not bother sending email to Hillary supporters asking for donation, he'll get nothing, not even a penny.

I am feeling much better about you, Hil. Thank you for taking a step in the right direction, even though it was late and dull in its affect. We salute your efforts.

All these should have been OVER by Tuesday. Hillary was pushed to make this move.

I DID NOT, and will NOT watch Hillary's speech. This primary was about the PARTY, not an almighty Queen. If Hillary supporters love her more than they love the DEM party, let them NOT vote for Obama as he REPRESENTS the DEM party. It is that simple! I want change, not coronation!

I believe that Hilliary will go down in history as the mother of universal healthcare. Obama is intelligent and smart enough to know that Hilliary will be instrumental in making what is orginally her vision come to fruition.'With both Obama and Hilliary leading the charge, there is no doubt that the healthcare system as we know it today will become something of the past. Great things are beginning to happen in this great nation of ours!

Great start to the unification process!! I will never understand why Clinton supporters would want to go out and vote for McCain. What does he have to offer that is even the slightest bit similiar to Clinton? I would understand more if they said they wouldn't vote at all.

I am really sorry Hillary but I did not vote for you because you were a woman. I voted for you because you are the best- the only one ready and able to lead the united states out of the hole. obama is not ready and will not lead us any where except to more war and more civil unrest. He can swing his stick and do his jig. It is amazing how he is always threating to whoop a white American citizen and wants to sit down and have dinner and a drink with a terrorist. Sorry but the dem party has lost my vote. Not because of you but because of them and the Kenya citizen they have running for the united states president.
